I am a big fan of wrestling and I incorporate these type of bodyweight exercises in my workouts. Karl Gotch learned these types of exercises from a pehlwan he met and then he passed it on to wrestlers in Japan. You don't need a gym. I gave up my gym membership...and I have lost more weight since working out with my body.

His physique is very pleasing to the eyes. His muscles seems to have developed out of compound bodyweight actions, rather than targeting specific muscles groups in gym. So its more functional and aesthetic.

What i want to know is, if his body built naturally or using steroids. Cause most wrestlers in this camp have similar physique, while we know it's not possible all of them have equally good genetics. So there's suspicion for sure. But Of course these are professional.

It seems like it’s because they just live and breathe this shit. They’re spending all waking hours training and eating. You’re not gonna get the same physique doing and hour of the same movements even if you could 7 days a week

@@kaberigomes2117 These guys are from my province . Forget steroids they don't even eat meat . Our state is largely vegetarian . Milk , lentils , beans , vegetables , dry fruits and lots of hardwork is what makes them look like this.

@@abhimanyupundeer4500 Bro you'd be surprised how easily steroids are available and how cheap it is. I am not saying everyone is using it. But natural testosterone goes down after 28-29. It's impossible to maintain low body fat % with impressive physique of abs and muscle definition and also size naturally. You cannot argue these people are poor, so science allows them this exception. 😂. Esa nahi ho sakta bro.

@@kaberigomes2117 This physique is really achievable. My coach has one like that and he is not a roid user. Yes, working alot on this can get you the looks like the guy in the video. And trust me, you become truly stronger.

@@samsebin7895 You must be young & not know who Herschel Walker & Bo Jackson were. They never lifted weights & were huge & they especially very athletic. Some of the 2 best athletes I've ever seen & on top of that had esthetically amazing bodies to behold.

@@biggalaxy9102 Yes I am young and I don't know both of them, I have searched and I can see that both of them are American football players, and looking at the images I have found they are doing bodyweight training on the picture IDK why I feel like but they do some weight training at the back.

@@eto_chelovek I still do it once in a while and my shoulders popped up. This summer I was walking with a basketball jersey and 3 guys asked me what sport I was doing, that I had good shoulders 😅

Aap ko Danyavadh 🙏for making this Vedio. Am 57 yrs now At the age of 13 yrs i used to do non stop 500 Dhanda like this one. My late father was pehalwan Even now I do 120 danda like Surya namaskar invented by myself early morning followed by 45 minutes cycling or jogging in evenings Due to giving importance to Health. By the grace of God No Sugar or BP .. At the age 45 yrs I had some health issues in my brain suffering Seizure (fits) Doctors Cautioned Not to raid Not to drive car. Not to Swim Not to jogg. Due to my positive attitude and doing work out young age and now .I came out of my health issues even Doctors were surprised I go for long raids 400 to 500 kms in my Bullet and Drive car for 1000 s of Kms. Youngsters should start doing Exercises at right age if they want live happily after 40s
