Quick facts:- Five core themes: Individualism, Freedom, Reason, Justice and Toleration. -Immanuel Kant quote - 'Individual as an end themselves' - CB MacPherson gave idea of 'possessive individualism' - J. S. Mill book 'on liberty' and he gave idea of self and other regarding liberty. - Isaiah Berlin book 'two concepts of liberty' and he gave idea of two kind of liberty, one is negative liberty and other is positive liberty.
