The Blue Mosque won't be finished any time soon, its been like that since 2018. In fact, its interior is mostly covered and we cannot see anything. But yeah, is great that the Basilica Cistern is already open 😍

Do not be surprised by new prices and other changes! Price for "Adults" is now 200TL, price for "Foreign visitors" is now 800TL - increase >4 times in a year :-( . I asked for 4 Adults (because I am adult :-), but I was told that this price is for turkish visitors only. There was no video and sound show, the light has changed very slowly and there was never complete darkness. I will let you decide if it is worth the money. For me, it is overpriced for what it is.

Hi Joe! Not anymore, it was lifted some months ago, now just your passport and visa if your nationality needs it, also pcr/vaccine certificate are not requested anymore. Safe travels! ✈️
Is it not permissible to use the 'museum card' ( which gives a person entry to various historic places ) to enter here in ??? Thanks. When is it least busy and typically how long does a person have to wait in a line to get a ticket ?? Thanks.
I'm glad it's reopened, hope I can see it in the next couple of years. The entry fee is still quite reasonable and I'm completely happy to pay it but I wonder how Turkish people are able to afford such expenses now, or do they just not go at all?
