@@CoachAshworth on all of the moves to the basket. You mentioned using the inside foot, but how? For example, if you are on the right side, do you start with the right foot, or do you cut on the right foot? does that make sense?
@@darylseaton6493 "Inside foot" just means the foot closest to the basket. So the foot closest to the basket is your pivot foot you will turn on. From the right elbow (if facing toward the basket) it will be your right foot. The opposite is true on the left side. Your pivot foot should be your inside foot (or left foot in this case) - I hope this makes sense. It's somewhat hard to explain over text instead of being able to demonstrate live.
