How lucky are we that after all these years, we still get to watch one a the greatest bass fishermen to ever exist, still go out and show us how to pin the fish of a lifetime.
Love your energy and youthful enthusiasm Roland. It looks like you enjoy your new Tracker boat more than the expensive fiberglass jobs. I own a 1991 15ft 8inch deep V Tracker. It’s called a deep V 16 but is 4 inches shorter than 16 . I love it…powered with a 50hpJohnson.
GREAT BIG BASS ROLAND, THAT'S DEFINITELY A TROPHY BASS IN MY BOOK.! I LOVE THE AREA YOUR FISHING, ITS BEAUTIFUL COVER FOR THOSE BASS TO THRIVE IN..! 😎👌
Roland, I agree with you keep small bass to eat and putting back the bigger ones, you made a great point that you have to find the bass, and I once heard Bill Dance on a show say you have to find the fish and know the depth, and I have grown to respect any size bass that I catch as it takes effort to catch bass, kind of like effort to hunt deer. great video, Roland.
my biggest bass ever was 10 pounds caught in goose pond Scottsboro, Al March 2010. Caught it on a dark green plastic lizard, it bit about 5 feet from the shore next to a log. As I was reeling it in, I was saying...God please let me have it! God, please let me have it! I held it up and screamed as loud as I could! Roland catches huge fish almost every time he fishes.
The great American fisherman He fish everywhere Anywhere there’s water I know he’ll be there he’s just like a gypsy mighty hard to hold the great American fisherman! he got fishing in his soul soul!
Great video today Roland. I still have your first book on pattern fishing. Wish I had thought to have you sign it this past summer at the million dollar tournament by Bass Pro Shop. 🎣🦌🦃
I learn something new with every Roland Marting video. Now I'm looking for spots where current pushes water under grass cover and lily pads. What a toad... 10 pounder!
Hi, so when you said 69 half degree temperature, is it more suitable to use top water lure? Then, what about warmest temperature something like 80 to 90 degree temperature? Should I use sinking lure for that? Thanks :)
I've been fishing in West Virginia for months now and have YET to catch a fish on a Senko. The fishing in this county is slime at best though...VERY challenging, not like TX and LA where I grew up.
Thanks for that info@@1chefbr. I've been told that Wood County is "fished out"...whatever THAT means. I've fished at Bellville damn when fish were top feeding LIKE MAD. I tossed everything I had out in the water...top to bottom...and caught NOTHING...two of us caught nothing while fishing in the middle of what LOOKED like a frenzy. I've spent most of my life fishing and I've never seen anything like it here.
