I simply called (407) WDW-BASS and spoke to customer service to book a charter for myself on one of their pontoon boats. Let me point out that 1 excursion booking is good for up to 5 persons on a pontoon. Enjoyment for a whole group of friends and family.
I am an experienced bass fisherman who just happened to be attending a conference at the Disney World Yacht club & Resort. About 2 weeks prior to the conference, I was able to book an excursion that just so happened to be going out of the Disney World Yacht club & Resort marina. My fishing experience started promptly at 7am and went through till 11:00 am.
They do offer 2 and 4hr trips. Total actual fishing time was about 3-1/2hrs when you factor in the travel to various fishing spots, throughout the different waterways of the Magical Kingdom.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and was not disappointed with the quantity or quality of the fish caught. They offer a variety of different baits as in live or artificial. I stuck with artificial and did not come up empty handed.
