Last week while fishing a tournament I was going to pull up to a spot and there were 7 boats there so I went to my next spot, 8 boats in there. I decided to go to a place I knew nobody would be because I figured the fish hadn’t made it there yet, pulled a 6 and a 4.75 out of there. God just put me where I needed to be.
Guntersville is always taking a massive beating. At some point it's just not going to be great because of all the pressure. Its comparable to a community fishing hole now. What do you think?
Yes, congrats on seeing your baits on the shelf in that busy location! CROWDED - I fished last weekend on G and had at least 12 boats around me at all times. Got out at first light to fish a roadbed staging area and had another boat pull in 40 feet away after 5 mins. I'm genuinely concerned I won't be able to enjoy fishing Guntersville in the future. Do you know of any discussions about limiting the number of tournaments?
The MO Rig has a few options, two different 5 wire options where you can use 5 hooks, and the 3 arm rig which is ideal for when you are only allowed to use three hooks! They fold us by an o-ring for easy storage which is a BIG plus. They have willow leaf blade that are amazing! Great rigs. They are here: www.fishhogtackle.com
With the big bass splash coming up as well, it doesn't surprise me how crowded the lake is. I'm digging that livescope mount. Might have to save my dollars up for that. Great vid as always bud. 👍
