The Chowan River’s gone from being unfamiliar territory to like an old friend for some of the Bass Pro Tour anglers while others are still figuring out what makes this tidal fishery tick at U.S. Air Force Stage Five Presented by WIX Filters. Group B’s 39 anglers hit the water Friday morning for the second half of the Qualifying Round, but only the Top 10 will advance to tomorrow’s Knockout Round.
