Canals like that are sometimes loaded with good fish if you walk along the edge you will see all kinds of beds. Sometimes u see big gator and gar fish though. I usually throw back the bigger bass keeping the 2 pounder. The big old fish taste funny to me

Man that was the CRAZIEST catch I've landed so far!!! 6lb test line bruh on a 5 foot Ultralight Combo.... Man the excitement I felt was unreal!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 And that tiny 1/16 oz jig head held that big Bass.... EPIC indeed!!!!
