This video shows the application of the double uchi uke (inside forearm blocks) in movements 2 and 3 of Bassai Dai. What we often call 'blocks' have many possible applications. In this application, the first uchi is used to anchor a grabbing hand (the hikite), strike the bicep and neck. The second block is used to pull the attacker's elbow (hikite) and crank the neck.
