Bassett Lowke Model Train Factory, Making the Royal Scot, and a Train Set C1930, F959 

A short clip of the production of Royal Scott model trains at the Bassett Lowke Factory some time around 1930 I guess. This is followed by people playing with a different train in a garden at around the same time.
I only found these short clips that came without any sign of credits.
