This version of Blame gives me a different perspective to the song. Blame is about a gang member killing a rival gang member, I believe. But this version seems to be more emotional than the original one. Rather than simply looking down to the corpse of an enemy with hatred like in the original one, the despise in the narrator seems to gradually turn into regret and sadness in this version. "Don't pin it all on me" in this case seems to be a beg for forgiveness and understanding rather than simply the "I am just taking orders" and getting rid of accountability vibe.
