Looking at the McDonald's burger I think the white sauce may be a kind of mustard cause it has seeds in it like some kinds of Dijon. The darker sauce may be steak sauce or some kinda thick soy sauce.

It's actually black pepper sauce, I've had it in Hong Kong. I remember charcoal black buns too but can't be certain it was the bat burger. Do not they do remix similar recipes all the time in Hong Kong.
