Love the Nugget, that’s where I stay. I visit the first weekend of March Madness, although I also like the Venetian for watching sports. Vic and Anthony is a great steakhouse, and the other restaurants in GN are all good. Keep these good videos coming, especially the video poker!

On the correct day, I like the seafood buffet! When you get it comped, you get to walk past the long line of people that have to pay for theirs that always forms. You get some evil-eye stares as you walk past the paying crowd and go to the front of the line!

Yes the claw game is predetermined and if you miss the ball when you're supposed to have a payout it will let you have another go .If the ball does drop out again. Tou get I think 3 tries and then it automatically put the win in but usually on the second try it gets it because the claw go is really tight

Ya ,the only time i quit is when the casino indefinitely banned me. Oddly enough, there was not a explained reason or action that was given. Just handed me an envelope at the casino, after my host and i went to the security desk.

Question - Does stopping the reel speed up what the slot machine was already programmed to hit or does it change the result?

When you try to stop an individual reel with your hand while playing a video slot machine, it may seem like you have some influence over the result, but in reality, the RNG (random number generator) algorithm has already determined the outcome of the round before you take any action. The spinning of the reels and the time it takes for them to stop is purely for entertainment purposes and doesn't affect the outcome.

When you hit the Bet button the slot machine picks a random "seed" ( a programming term ). This pre-determines exactly what random numbers comes out of the random number generator, which in turn is what the slot machine uses to arrive at an outcome. When you stop the reels instead of letting them stop by themselves what actually happens is you bypass the animation and display the result immediately. No matter how fast or slow the outcome is produced, it will always end up the same because the RNG doesn't have any notion of timing or waiting for anything other than your initiative to Bet and start the generation procedure.
