Wow! They're literally feeding them! I'm so touched by them! Thanks for appreciating filipino food specially the philippines it's self. This is the reason why koreans and filipinoes have a great relationship. Thank you!
When I thought most of them will feel uncomfortable with the tribe but I see Dayoung feeding them with her hands, I told myself that I stan a great idol
I really loved Doyeon in this episodes she's really genuinely trying to get close to the tribes and the children loves her. She's really kind hearted even though she's an idol.
I watched the full 5 episode of this..haha ganda...and everytime they are trying to talk tagalog is kinda cute....Their interaction with the batak tribe is so gentle...Nice show nice cast...👌👍👍
NO! its not true! you are very WRONG! Get your facts straight before you comment about the tribes or Indigenous people in the Philippines. There are lots of tribes and Indigenous people that still existed and scattered all over the Philippines! In LUZON ISLAND there are AETA's, DUMAGAT, IGOROTS, ,MANGYAN TRIBES of MINDORO, AGTA and KABIHOG of BICOL region In Visayas there are ATI's in Negros Island, TAGBANWA in Palawan, ISKAYA in Bohol. In MINDANAO there are Subanen, B‟laan, T‟boli, Mandaya, Mansaka, Tiruray, Higaonon, Manobo, Bagobo, Bukidnon, Tagkaolo, Ubo, Banwaon, Kalagan, Dibabawon, Talaandig, Mamanwa and Manguangan. This is the TRIBES still exist in the PH and they still do there tribal cultural practices.
I cannot understand what they are saying but their reactions when they saw & eaten the Lechon were so fantastic & adorable 😊 For us filipinos unang nauubos yong crispy skin. I Hope the Korean celebrities & staff enjoyed their stay in Our Country, Kamsahamnida 🙏
@@gilang8699 This is in the Philippines. I know we don't hear the tribe say much since they don't have mics and the editors may have cut it in post production. But if you notice, the Korean cast are saying "Salamat po" specifically over and over again. Salamat is "Thanks" or "Thank you" in Tagalog specifically and "po" is added at the end as a verbal sign of respect. That's actually unique to the Philippines.
I hope LOTJ will visit again the Philippines. Try visiting the mountains and indeginous tribes of the Cordilleras (Northern Luzon). There are so many beautiful spots and interesting things to learn from
As a filipino, i feel so proud how our local tribe so hospitable like this. That lechon that gave to koreans in this show is a very rare thing to see for me. THANKS ALOT FOR APPRECIATING OUR COUNTRY❤️❤️❤️
Filipino hospitality! When I was a child having a guest is like a jackpot. We got to have delicious foods, abundant snacks. The brand-new kitchen wares that has been missing for a long time suddenly shows up.😂😂
I'm glad that they really looked for the Bataks. Btw, the Bataks said that they are thankful for the thing that they've done to the kids and that the meal is their gift
I'm very LOJ that they make alot of episode in Philippines 🇵🇭 fighting ❤LOJ until now im watching, also I'm happy the all the episodes of this show ask I remember only in the Philippines they do this letchon!!!!!!2😋😍😍🤟
Filipino hospitality... My pabahay na my lechon pa... Thank you Batak tribe... And kamsahamnida chief Kim Byung Man... The 46th tribe for cleaning the Manila bay...
literally batak from indonesia, then spreading to phillipines, Batak is a collective term used to identify a number of closely related Austronesian ethnic groups predominantly found in North Sumatra, Indonesia who speak Batak languages. The term is used to include the Karo, Pakpak, Simalungun, Toba, Angkola, and Mandailing[5] which are related groups with distinct languages and traditional customs (adat)., that mean, we're brother 😂, 🇮🇩🇵🇭
@@prasetyawirahartono8626 nah, just the name is the same. There is no evidence of relation. Also Karo people never agree to be identified as "batak". Only few marga/family names in karo could be identify as batak since their ancestors married with batak people. The same goes for Nias, as they were called " Batak Nias" by batak people even though they're totally different (from their looks, culture and language, not similarty at all)
@@prasetyawirahartono8626 bacot. Orang Batak di Philippines adalah orang Negrito serumpun dengan Papua dan orang kulit hitam lainnya. Sedangkan Batak di Indonesia orang Austronesian. Hanya karena sama bukan berarti asal usulnya sama.
You have to know you've got to be really kind for them to prepare Lechon Baboy for you. One whole pig is really expensive but the fact they prepared it and cooked it for you tells you how hospitable they were. I really love my people.
That is what we called, Lechon. Pretty much prepared during special occasions in thw Philippines. We are glad you guys have enjoyed it especially it was prepared for you be the indigenous tribe. 🎉
This is one of the episodes i like from lotj i was just smiling the whole ep. The reaction from lechon is funny haha (we got from Spaniards) 🤣 Im Filipino btw 😁
If I'm not mistaken, they gave you the letchon as a sign of their gratitude to you the filipinos are kind, helpful and know how to look at debt with a deep heart thank you idols it is an honor for us to be a part of your program and help our countrymen thank you very much welcome again anytime you want
My heart melts when our beloved filipino tribes showed and proved to foreigners that even they don't have everything, they can still make delicious foods.
