In Togo we prepare the batana nuts the same like that. So the creamy juice is use to make a soup for fufu. We call it "dékoudéssi" Super when it is welldone. Then we extract an oil from the nuts. You can use this oil for cooking, healing, or as cosmetic
In 🇬🇭 my country, it's called palm kernel oil or aleagy oil. It is used in cooking as well as for skin and wound care. It is also used to treat ear infections. Anyway, very cheap relatively.
I read some of the comments Africa palm trees and Honduras palm trees are not the same they are related but carry different components or DNA so both oils wouldn't have the same effects. Try Wikipedia on both trees

It's not exactly the same palm kennel oil that made from Red palm fruit. This is a different variety. The tree is very short and the oil from the palm itself is not red, kinda yellowish orange. We do have this variety in West Africa, where I'm from it's locally called 'Masanke', while red palm is called 'Glogboy'.

This plant is indigenous to West and Central Africa. It's called the Palm tree, it's fruits are called palm fruit. The fruit and kernel both produce oil. The fruit produces the red palm oil and the kernel produces a somewhat clear oil.
This is in West Africa. There are two types. The longer trees usually bear smaller fruits and the shorter ones bear a little bigger fruits. The oils have some differences in the way they look and taste. They both have inner seeds that you pound and process the powder to become oil.

The correct therm is misquito not miskitu, they are a mix of blacks brought by the english to make their nation in the caribbean coasts of centralamerica and pech indigenous
miskitu is the miskito version of mosquito. miskito is the language we speak in the mosquito coast. mosquito is spanish while miskitu is in the language of miskito
