Batata Vada Original Recipe | बटाटा वडा की रेसिपी | Aloo Bonda, Mint chutney | Vada Pav | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
1 kg potato
5-6 green chilli
6-7 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 pinch hing
chop coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Better ingredients:-
Gram flour 2 cup
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt 1 tsp
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch baking powder
fresh Mint
fresh coriander
3 cloves garlic
1 small piece ginger
salt to taste
black salt
chat masala
3 no green chilli
2 tbsp curd
lemon juice

Chef Ashok Always gives scientific tips while cooking which are really helpful, i would use lot of water and the mashed potatoes would have thin and wet texture today learnt from Chef why less water is the right way !

मुंबई की सड़कों पर खाये थे। उत्तर प्रदेश लौटने के बाद कई बार मन हुआ खाने का किंतु यहां तो मिलते नहीं। मुंबई में एक फ्रेंड रहता है उसकी पत्नी से फोन पर पूछने की कोशिश की थी। किंतु बना नहीं पाए थे। आज आपका यह वीडियो मैंने पत्नी के मोबाइल पर भेजा है। अब आप के बताए अनुसार बना कर देखेंगे। जिस गंभीरता से आपने वीडियो बनाकर अपलोड किया है उससे तो लगता है कि यह परफेक्ट ही बनेंगे। इस तरह के वीडियो अपलोड करने के लिए आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।

Don't name this original Batata Wada recipe because Wada is originally from Maharashtra and here WE NEVER use Jeera and red chilies in Vaghar. Also, ginger garlic paste is not added to Besan so it's your version of Wada which looks okay but definitely NOT the original one 😉
