Batch Convert RAW Files to JPEG in Adobe Photoshop 

After accidentally photographing a family christening in RAW your batch conversion video was just what I was looking for. Now friends can view them easily and upload to get albums made. Good job!

Which Photoshop is this? I have PS Elements 12 and don't even have a drop down with Image Processor available?

what should I do If I want my saved jpegs to maintain the previous character (picture style or white balance) I am able to save pictures one by one in fast stone camera viewer,.. but no all in the same time. Is that possible in Adobe Bridge or Photoshop?
