If James Gordon Jr. is Babs' greatest enemy, how come he didn't appear in other media ?... Not even in Lauren Faust's DC Superzero Bimbos.

Good list, you got quite a lot of great Batgirl villains. Although I’d argue that Cassandra Cain was also a great Batgirl and had some good villains, too, so I shall include some of her villains as well. I shall not include Stephanie Brown’s villains like Cluemaster, since, while I like her and she was a decent Batgirl, I prefer her as Spoiler and I think Barbara and Cassandra overall had more good villains. My list: 15. The Joker 14. Lady Spellbinder - This is perhaps an odd choice, but in an issue of Birds Of Prey, she was an interesting psychological threat to Barbara as Oracle and I think she has potential to be a recurring Batgirl/Oracle villain despite her weird design. 13. Firefly 12. The Oracle robot 11. Blacksun 10. Velvet Tiger 9. Dr. Death - He was the villain of two storylines in Cassandra Cain’s series, so he might as well count for this list. And he was pretty good in those two stories. His personality was very eccentric and he was a fun mad scientist supervillain and mixed his classic pulp villain roots with a more modern terrorist-style villain. I want him to stay a Batman villain, but he also makes for a good occasional enemy to Batgirl. 8. James Gordon, Jr. - Perhaps this is a bit lower than most people would probably put him. I find him interesting in relation to the Gordon family, but aside from that I don’t think he’s very interesting aside from that. He’s a god villain to his dad and sister, but aside from that I’m not crazy about him. He’s not very interesting on his own, but I’ve liked some of his stories 7. Grotesque - He’s a guy in a fancy suit with a weird face/mask. And he’s got a dapper personality. How could I not love this character? 6. David Cain - If this list was just about Cassandra Cain’s villains he’d be higher, although not number one of her villains because he’s not as complex as my favorite Cassandra villain. Basically my only problem with him is that if he fights anyone else, I don’t think he’d be interesting in the slightest since he’s a really generic assassin. He’s a great villain for Cassandra, but there isn’t much to him aside from that, unlike a lot of great supervillains. Kind of like Junior. They’re both good villains to their heroes, but removed from that they aren’t very interesting to me, unlike say Scarecrow or Brainiac, who are interesting enough that they could fight a lot of heroes, but their rivalries with their respective heroes are so good that it adds to already interesting characters. 5. Knightfall 4. The Mirror 3. Lady Shiva - The best enemy of Cassandra Cain, in my opinion, because she has a complicated relationship with her, as opposed to David Cain since she hates him (for very good reasons). Plus if Cassandra is supposed to be one of the world’s greatest fighters, Shiva makes sense as a villain. 2. Killer Moth 1. The Calculator - I’ll be honest, I actually kind of like the original Calculator. I prefer the modern Calculator of course, but as ludicrous as the original one was, he actually had kind of cool powers, and let’s be honest, he’s not much sillier than so many other Gotham characters. Cases in point: Joker and Killer Moth. But enough of my ranting. Personally, if I were to propose I solution to the Batgirl-Oracle paradox, I’d say just make Barbara Oracle and make Cassandra Batgirl. Yes, I suppose you could sort of have Barbara both I suppose, but if one needs a permanent solution, I think Barbara‘a development as Oracle was so good and interesting that if I had to have her use only one superhero name for the rest of time, I’d say Oracle. Both identities are great, but Oracle I think gave good representation to wheelchair users and Cassandra hasn’t had a major presence in the Batman Family since pre-Flashpoint and I liked her time as Batgirl, so I’d personally like to see her make a comeback as Batgirl, or at least be a major hero in Gotham again, perhaps with her own solo title again. Who knows what’ll happen in the future? No matter what, Batgirl, no matter which it is we’re talking about, has a very good rogues gallery, and thank you for highlighting that in this video.

James Gordon JR is an interesting villain, its a shame he never appeared in an Arkham Game, he should make a Live Action Appearance, he's like DC Comics' Counterpart to Real Life Serial Killer Jeffery Dahmer (one of the most infamous serial killers ever) if there's any Batgirl Villains I'd love to see in LEGO it would be James Gordon JR, Blacksun (Ethan Cobblepot Never knew Penguin had a son, Interesting) & The Oracle A.I, we've got Joker (I'm Amazed to this day that LEGO were allowed to make a The Tropical Joker Minifig from The Killing Joke), Killer Moth & Calculator in LEGO but sadly I don't think The rest of her Villains would appear in a Lego Set, who do I think is Batgirl's Nemesis I'd say it's between Killer Moth and James Gordon JR
