Hello! I am not good with words and Idk if you'll see this but I have an interview tomorrow for Bath and Body Works. I've been wanting a job for quite sometime and for the longest time I tended to get awkward and nervous when interviewing. For the latest interviews I had, I've been more open. By this video I feel more confident about myself and for the interview. I just had an interview yesterday and unfortunately it was me and another person being interviewed at the same time. But it honestly seems like I really nailed it, so hopefully I hear back from them!💕
Hithriving they haven’t gotten back to me yet. They said if I didn’t hear from them in 2-3 weeks, it means I didn’t get it. It’s taking forever, and I was thinking of doing a follow up email to make sure.

They mostly look for people with a good amount of availability as well as personable so just be yourself 😁 I know group interviews can be scary at first but you’ll probably be more prepared then everyone else (:
Sometimes there are stock associate positions. But usually just sales associates which can do cash register . If the store is a busy location they might have designated cash employees
Hey there! In most cases yes they are. Usually they hire more than one person at a time so it just makes it easier for them to do a group interview. I was nervous my first time but it’s honestly pretty relaxed and it gives u more time to think of your answers since the manager has to ask everyone the same questions!
i did my interview on phone!! It was great tomorrow going to store to met others . I would wants to know is tomorrow will be an other interview if yes what will they wana ask? I do not understand the stuff she send me to fill out there was a question about age it says [ are you under 16 or over 40 ] if someone is over 40 this person can't have job? thank you so much :)
I’m glad to hear the phone interview went well! :) They probably selected people that did well on the phone interview to come in person. They will most likely ask the same questions and show you around the store. For the question about age, in Canada they are only allowed to ask if you are under the age of 16. Asking if you are 40 or older would be an illegal question in Canada.
