Bath and West Narrow Gauge Miniature Steam Railway. Riding the trains plus an invitation viewing and explanation describing the wonderful Prestleigh Brook signal box. Recorded at the Bath and West Showground on a sunny day in Spring it shows the Bath and West Narrow Gauge Railway at its very best and in its place as one of the very best miniature railways in the U.K. Weekend members' day scenes are informal and show how much fun can be had running a miniature railway.
The two gauges in operation on this railway are 7 ¼ inch and 5 inch, and all track is at ground level.
Formed in 2005 the East Somerset Society of Model & Experimental Engineers (ESSMEE), created The Bath and West Steam Railway at the Bath and West Showground near Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
