Yeah I was exchanging some of my backups I never used , and the manager acted like I was a criminal or was extremely bothered by it. There exchange says we can do so, I told her I can give her each and every online receipt if she wanted I just figured doing an exchange would be quicker. I buy so much from bbw I shouldn’t be treated like I was bothering them. I was a store manager for years and I never acted that way to customers. I know she knew the policy. 🙄

The location situation on the app is happening to everyone and it is nerve wrecking…my location says I’m in VA but I’m sitting right here in MD…and another thing, if the order gets canceled, BBW should be like Target and say “let’s fix this, we can ship for free”

Never smelled Lovely Dreamer before, and I must say she is light, but I am okay with that. I remember Moonstone (2018) smelling similar, but much stronger with a bubblegum/tuberose note.

Cozy Vanilla Bourbon & Fresh Vanilla Blossoms are my favorite finds of this sale! I wish I’d gotten 2 of the blossoms! I love the scents so much 🎉 I’ve been to B&BW 3 times in the last 2 days and have much more fragrance spray than I intended to get 🫣😂 but now my collection is complete (for now)😂 If they bring back Wrapped in Vanilla, Fireside Flurries or Bonfire Bash - I’ll buy them. Otherwise I’m done 🎉

To me MMIM smells like a toned down version of Coco Paradise. Like they are so similar that I’m confused as to why BBW released this scent. Lovely Dreamer lasted every bit of five mins on the skin. I mean so so light. I liked Carried Away but I wasn’t wowed by it.

Coconut is my summer signature scent, Meet in Miami is pretty to me.. however I don't think it's going to last past 2 hours.. I also think it's similar to Coco Paradise however Meet me in Miami is prettier, I picked up 2 bottles

I bought a few things. A couple of moisturizing body washes for me and then some things from the men’s shop for my husband and adult sons to go in Christmas stockings.

Hey sis I wish they bring back "Mad About You" a staple she smelled amazing to me. I have her in my collection.

I went in the store the evening before the early access. I sprayed these on different areas of my hands, wrists and forearms and spent some time with them just strolling around looking at nothing. At first I was excited, then as they dried down I really was unimpressed. I even sprayed them again JUST to make sure. Yeah... passed on all them.

Meet me in Miami smelled exactly like coco paradise to me. It went right back to the store.

My location changes every time I open the app. The same thing has happened to me before but thankfully the other store was still in my city !!!

Meet me in miami smells just like Hibiscus Paradise to me. I smelled it on my skin and everyrhjng in store and thats what i get. I do love lovely dreamer and carried away smells like a dated bbw scent ,but still really enjoy it 😊

I have had problems with BBW'S app too. It will have a different store than m6 usual store to pickup at and it will not let me change the store. I lost one of my apps once because I couldn't do the bopus order before it expired. They really do need to fix that app. Love watching your video's.❤❤

I shopped body care day sale yesterday. I skipped all of the new fragrances, as I was completely underwhelmed by them. I picked up a couple of men's care items and some ffm for myself. I won't worry about BBW sales until SAS. Tfs your haul!

You're not crazy about the location thing. That is happening to me too. I haven't bought anything BOPIS but i always check the location due to other websites doing the same thing and its always a different location that I didn't even choose.

Maybe cause sometimes all stores maybe don't have all the products in stock at your store.maybe some would have to be shipped.

I heard someone say that same thing with the store changing to a different location happened to them. B&BW whole online and app technology needs updating. Idk who the people are they got to do either but it’s a mess. I didn’t get much either and none of the new stuff. I have too much stuff already. But that Strawberry Snowflakes got me going to two different stores too. And I, for one, don’t mind hearing a good old rant cause I definitely be ranting.

Unfortunately the last few times I've gone into Bath and body works or ordered online I've had problems myself with their customer servit's not like it was a while back I always had good customer service from them I'm hoping that they do get better because I spend a lot of money with them I love their products❤

I didn't even have BOPIS selected, and the app switched one of my items to BOPIS at a mall not close to me... I'm glad I caught it before I sent the order through.

Their app did that too me also, tried to sent me to a store that’s 35 mins away when I have one directly across the street(2mins away) from where I live.

Oof, so frustrating. 🙃 The shenanigans Bath and Body Works keeps pulling with me is logging me out of the app right before I need to check out. Like I'll be in while browsing at the store, but as soon as I get in line I'm kicked out of my account and of course I don't know my password off by heart. ARGH! lol

the BOPIS location switch is *so* weird!! i guess customer service can’t do anything about it (🙄), but you can definitely cancel if you call the store - i’ve done it a few times. they’ll probably love you for clearing up some space in their order storage 😂 thanks for the reviews, i smelled carried away and felt it was close to butterfly/sweet pea? skipped it but you’re making me think about doubling back… 🤔

That has happened to me with the app before,too! You have your store selected,and the next time you go back to your cart,your store is in Detroit,and you’re trying to pick up in Fort Worth…. Ghetto!😂

Yeah I’m done until they have their annual sale too. hopefully they bring back some of their old fragrances we’ve been asking for. Disappointed they are stopping the coco Shea body oil. From the sale I did pick up meet me in Miami and I liked it. I restocked up on In the stars and vanilla bean Noel. Lovely dreamer was a very lite scent and I’m sure it won’t last a bit if 5min. Carried away was cool, but it didn’t wow me. Do better BBW. For the original price of their products they need to step their game all the way up, before I depart from them 😩

Passed on all the new repeats just got the 4 body scrubs I was interested in. Wasn't going to purchase any more shower gels etc but tried Northern Brights in the aromatherapy and fell in love with the pine scent,so Christmasy so bought the whole collection. The scrub in it was a real bargain 17oz for $4.95 usually $19.95. Definitely larger than most BBW scrubs. This it it,going on a no buy until at least next spring. Too many products I have to use up.

We had to call customer service….NOTHING got rectified. And yes, they don’t try to even offer a coupon or anything for the conundrum. We phoned a couple different times with same results.Horrible customer service.

Loll "for some reason" the way you said that had me 🤣💀. I ALWAYS have to change my store when I first open the app because it defaults to a store that recently opened 9.1 miles away 😅. If I’m remembering correctly, there was a time I did a bopis order at a really nice store in this area and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get it so I called them before it was picked to apologize and it was cancelled right then and there. I do think they can cancel bopis orders. Maybe just at the store.

The app does that to me all the time. It will pick a store for me and the store will be out of my area. It's annoying!

The same thing happened to me with a BOPIS order. Once I submitted my order. BBW auto changed the location to a mall in a city I’ve never been to before 2 hours away. I was redeeming rewards too 😤

Yeah, the app always chooses a store that is hours away from me and I have to search for my local store, it's so annoying.

My app keeps changing the location on me, too. At least it's my town but not the one I go to.

My address gets changed ALL THE TIME in the app for pick up in store, I’m not sure what’s going on, it’s so annoying.

Great 💕new haul and great content. Yes, they should bring back Miami heat it smell so good, it was like a luxury sunscreen body spray. I didn’t like Miami new scent it smelled like strong coconut scent out it back. Only got a few items from the sale, it was great.

I didn’t even want to go but I made myself bc I wanted to try this years VBN & when I got home I realized the lady scanned my VBN mist twice so I had to go all the way back it was a mess

Dang girl what a hassle 😬 I am definitely not wowed by anything this Christmas, sadly I love gourmand scents.. Jolly gingerbread was not it.. I feel the Meet me in Miami is similar to Coco paradise, Belize, and Oahu.. mixed together.. definitely is in the same scent family.. it's nothing special and unique.. But Belize is a tropical banana.. I definitely get that initially but it quickly changes.. everyone has a different sniffer, then I feel covid messed all of us up.. 🙄 noses ain't the same.. sometimes I can't smell things as strongly, I have a keen sense of smell or did.. Definitely saving my money.. only got a few gifts, and body butters for gifts 🎁 🙃

That's so frustrating! That is really awful for the employees too. They could have saved them the time and energy of pulling all the products and then putting them all back. 🙄 I had that happen with Starbucks once. There was no way to get to the store before it closed and so I was just out the cost of my drink. I was not happy. I like the hair care, but I have very different hair than you! I wish they'd expand the scent selection though.

We can exchange stuff but it better not be like a year old and used cause some people are messing it up for real loyal customers and no offense but I really think is fair and have receipts as well cause how people want exchange with no receipts and used more than half of product used no offense but people need stop complaining if you have nothing to backup a argument and messing up for real customers and really love the products.

You got be careful ordering online from bath and body.. you can go back and view your cart there will be things you didn’t order alway updated your cart and review everything you put in your cart..you right something not right..

😮😮They play Too Much if they Wanted to bring back light and fresh they should have just brought back their Naked line that was a nice light Skin scented line or they could give us fresh Water cucumber they need to give us what we're asking for and not What They Want to give us I've had enough of cucumber Melon from when it was first out.

Bath and Body Works REALLY needs to get modern. The worst website, the most outdated experience when it comes to many facets of their company. If there was a viable competitor that would more technologically modern, I'd switch in a heartbeat. lol edit: I don't even use the app. It's so bad and clunky. 😪
