Hi Friends! Happy Sunday! Let's finally dive through what is left of my Bath and Body Works candle collection. I have decided to divide this video up into two parts, spring and summer candles and next Sunday I will share fall and winter candles. I have made a HUGE dent in my collection over the last two years and it feels good to see some light at the end of the candle tunnel lol. My goal is to finish the bulk of my back up candles this year and next and then only purchase as I "need" candles, instead of just hoarding them for years on end. Not to mention not buying in bulk anymore lol.

Hey Mel! I did the same thing about a month ago. I divided my spring/summer and fall/winter candles. I have been working from home the last 2 months and have gone through most of my spring/summer candles. I just counted and so far I have burned 43. Most are from 2014/2015. I think I have about 70 or so remaining. I want to get through them all by the end of the year💜

All my RPM 3 wicks have the Crystalization , also my Hot cocoa & cream from (2016-17?) the first year it came out. Haven’t checked my most recent HC&C but I should. I returned a TON of my original HC&C cuz i thought they went bad . The crystals were on top on HC&C I ended up just wiping w a paper towel, burning it and it was fine. I too have a few OG berry waffle cone left and I agree it’s the best version. Also have one of the Pink sands & petals left,, the thick ribbed glass is just AMAZING!! I have quite a few candles left from those summer collections . Also regret not ever getting apple crumble that fall it went online (2015) was the last time we saw it. I recently just ordered the wallflowers online, last order . Tfs Melanie

We are complete candle opposites... I like warm, citrus, woodsy floralscents. I have about 90 bbw candles to go through, but I am a complete sucker for the seasonal packaging.

My RPM did the same thing. The only other candle that had a similar issue was Hot Cocoa & Cream. Nice collection!! 💜

BWC I love too and still have some of the original purple heavy jars .I am happy they bring the scent back every year ! I love Blueberry Pie and Strawberry Pound cake. Apple Crumble I have only ever tried once and have never been able to get another . They should bring that one back ! I enjoyedd snooping on your collection !!! Thanks for showing us. Can't wait to see the fall /winter ones in your closet !

Fantastic collection and great job on using them up. I’ve been loving burning my old, yolo candles and well just moving on.., my only regret is that it took me so long to get to that point. I’m super, duper excited to burn the ones I’ve been holding onto forever this fall

Same. There are some precious one's that are going to be gone after this coming Fall. And that will be 100% OK. Because there will always being something new and yummy around the corner :)

I am so with you! Summer started early here in SW Florida but I guess it always does. I think the Fall scents make me think it’s not 100 hundred degrees outside. Lol

It is a lot of fun to see your stashes. 😍 I remember that crystallisation thingy happening with your remaining Goose Creek Peanut Butter Sugar wax melts. Like you said, it is likely a byproduct of the fragrance oils. Yankee candles seem to hold up really well over time. Hope you and your family is doing well! 🧡💚💜

Yup. The crystals were different on the goose creek. Those looked like "shards" whereas these look like balls. So fascinating. But also a good reminder to just use things up lol. I've had some of these for WAY too long.

I have to be honest, I’m not sure I’m shopping it much this year. Other than for some hand soap. Usually the candles are on their regular sale price anyway. I only buy with a 20% off or a 10 off 30 and those have not been sent in a while.

I always spend the spring/summer/fall with my fingers crossed that they will bring back the Sparkling Icicles in the winter. That’s the only one I’ve ever felt the need to horde.

Blueberry Pie in original packaging is very sooty, kerosene smelling and mine have black balls on the end of the wicks that popped in my face. Black ash is all over in the melted wax. Great scent until the kerosene comes out and terrible burn. I have to put it on the burner, it's not safe to light any more.

Well I’ve been watching for a while and you’re doing a great job using up your candles. I recently moved so I downsized my collection a little bit but I decided I like to keep about a dozen or so on hand at all times. Try some of the new BBW candles I’ve had good luck with the burning 🙏

Thank you for the video! Btw i think the most authentic smell award has to go to Yankee Candle. They make the smells soo good, unfornunatelly theyre not as strong as they used to be..

I have around 80 bbw candles right now and I'm starting to realize (sadly) that they can't be saved forever. Trying to burn through about half of my collection before I buy any more. Great collection!

I'm not sure what you mean? Do you mean loose scent over time? Yes, they do unfortunately. Which is why I am trying to get through a lot of my older stash now.

You must be new. It's just my "thing". Everyone has a thing. Stamps. Coins. Home Decor, whatever. I like smelly things. I go through a pretty decent amount every month. I am trying to whittle this collection down to a more reasonable amount. And then from there take the approach of buying as I need, versus stocking up.

I have about 24 bbw candles. I see about 1 that I may buy. I’m not buying anymore until when they have the big sale on candle day. You got way too much. They’re going to loose there scent. If I love a scent, I burn way down and get another of it. I love my candles. But that’s too much lol. I put makeup brushes and samples in my thick glass jars.
