Refreshing to have Saints and Bath in the final. As a Bath fan of 40yrs I can’t wait for next week but am very nervous as Saints are a fantastic team. 🔵⚫️⚪️
Some real standouts around the park, T Curry looked excellent with the time he had, Carpenter was awesome, Ted Hill is an absolute freak athlete and Lawrence put in a really solid shift. Could aegue Ford didn't stand out compared to F Smith as well. Makes this england squad selection very exciting.
Great rugby weekend. Thanks for videos T. Great Munster topped the table The Urc and Premiership have been brilliant. Great weather, good rugby, heap of pints, wine, Whickey , vodka. Dying death today. But worth it
Two great games and looking forward to the final between the two best teams in the league this season. Well done Sale for getting this far after a disappointing start to the season but since the 6N's they have been fantastic.
Sale did well to feed off Bath errors - two penalties allowing them entry to our 22 for pushovers, and a grim drop by big Joe C. But Sale backs couldn’t hurt us otherwise, and once Bath got their act together and cut out the mistakes, we brought it home. A big pack will get you so far in the premiership, but to win through you need pace and cut through out wide.
No complaints as a Sale fan. We did well to come back and take the lead but Bath managed the crucial period of the game from the 60th to 75th minute. Excellent contestable kicks from Bath and they did well to force mistakes and penalties from Sale to win the game.
Overall a fair result for me. The final next weekend could be brilliant if the teams aren’t overawed by the occasion. Really torn about which team I’d like to win.
As a sale fan, gutted but we did well to get there in the first place with the mass amount of injuries this season have been a killer but what a game, cannot fault our effort but the penalties cost us and our attacking efficiency but hopefully this loss will be good lesson for us, congrats to bath! Can’t wait to be a twickenham to watch another thrilling game !!
When I first looked at the screen I thought "a bath sale", then I saw the rugby balls and all was clear 😂 Might be because I'm taking the keys of a new house in a few weeks and I might get a bath 🤔
Cracking game, wanted both to win as a Chiefs fan.Gutted when O'flannery joined Sale but what a great try he scored.Saints quintessentially best of British beef side and hope they win final for Lawes😊
However, as good as it's been, watching the ERC final, the intensity in that game was off the charts, like a Test match. Still a way to go to close the gap, but Saints are pretty close though.
@@guyveegee perhaps intensity is the wrong word. Intensity was good but the ruck in the ERC final felt way more brutal and physical. For the whole 100 minutes.
Sale not clinical and Bath too good not to take opportunities when offered up, Sale seemed to run out of ideas in the last quarter, thought Ford's missed kicks might cost us but in the end his missed were not relevant. Sale lost this as much as Bath won it. Both semi finals were a great watch, great advert for the game - bye the way Carpenter back to his form of last year.
Fin smith is not one of the biggest kickers in the prem, you’ve just made that up 😭 nor are the all blacks a particularly kick focused team compared to other top teams
Tim, Nick’s Bath shirt you held up, from which year? Was it an Academy issue? As a Bath nause, I’m pretty sure he never featured at senior level. Apologies if I’m wrong. But not really a Bath player…….keep up the good work
I have to admit that I am so confused by decisions at the scrum and am not sure the referees don't fully understand either. Am so pleased if the new rules reduce the influence of the scrum
@@IverKnackerov the first 5 scrums were all collapsed and looked to be du toit legs being too far and him slipping but I may have to watch it again to be sure
