I had the original from the 70's....My friends dad lifted about 5 of these off a truck in Jersey and I got one free....but remember "crime doesn't pay" kids..:/

That was a very nice toy review. I hope that we finally get the Batmobile for this Batcave and figures in the near future, and I would live to see you review that as well.

Thanks! I certainly hope we do get a Batman 66 Batmobile (even though the old Mego one works well with it and there's even people doing stickers to adapt it). As far as the figures are concerned, I think they've done all the characters they had announced. There's 28 regular figures plus the accessory pack (and some figure variants), as well as 4 goons multipacks...

Nice review and showing! I need to get this! I have all the figures in this line! But they are still missing Commissioner Gordon, who was a huge character in the show. Having Chief O'Hara and Barbara Gordon with out Commissioner Gordon seems strange. So I hope they do get to him, as well as Aunt Harriet. ha ha

I would like a New Star Trek bridge set like this ...Dida put out some limited release bridge sets and then stopped ... A TOS Star Trek bridge would fill the ticket since Mego is releasing 8 inch figures in 2018 ...😁

I would love a new Star Trek Playset, maybe inspired from the unreleased Mego set with the sickbay thaht they had planned... Marty from Mego was saying in an interview that they're planning other things than figures, so let's hope playsets can happen.

This is a pretty decent interview, but it really PAINS me to see how brutal you are when assembling this delicate toy. It looks to me like you ruined the latch for the secret entrance when you forced it open. The latch is supposed to GENTLY be slid to one side, and then the secret entrance can flip down.

From your openion, May the 1:10 Batmobile (12inch) fit with this Batcave?

I'm not entirely sure. I don't own it, so can't really check. But if it is about the same size as the old Mego Batmobile that was done for the 8" figures, it should fit through tthe Batcave entrance at least. After that, it's all a question of relative scale of the batcave deco.... The Mattel Batmobile that goes with the 6" figures might bit, but the wall panel images may look at bit big. On the other hand he 1:10 movie Batmobile would be too big to fit in my opinon, while at the same time seeming too small compared to the wall illustrations

How is the quality of the Batman figure? Would this work with 6inch Mattel figures? Thanks!

The Batman figure is pretty good. Quality is pretty much what you'd expect from a Mego Style figure and what Figure Toys Company produces, and I find that their Batman 66 products are above the quality of their regular DC superhero stuff.. However, it's in the 8" scale, so the figure won't work with the mattel 6" figures. I would expect that the playset is too big for the same reasons, as it's in the 8" scale. Thanks
