@sylki7 1. Clayface fell into the Lazarus pit. 2. Joker's body is in the hands of the GCPD, and Harley is pregnant, that's the whole point of Joker dying, his passing will. 3. He said he wanted to work as the Joker in "The Killing Joke" but he's done as the videogame Joker.
here's just one way the game could carry on, and its even in the game. If there was two Jokers who's to say there wasn't a third one,and if you don't like that one i'm sure there's more in the game as well.
Also, there will be a third game because on the side mission, Identify thief Batman specifically says to Oracle 'I'll get him tomorrow', a possible clue to a third game, I predict? I'm predicting the game will be called 'Ashes of Gotham' too. I hope there is a third game and if there is, I think Hush, Ivy, Harley and Scarecrow will be the main villains.
I don't think Joker is dead due to several reasons, 1. If you do not play it with the catwoman expansion pack, you can talk to a GCPD officer and he says 'what about that other problem'. 2. If you play the dlc package, harley Quinn's revenge, Vicki Vale interviews Officer Gordon and when she asks 'Where's the body of Joker' there is a long silence until he says 'get these reporters out...' What is he hiding?
The Arkham City End Game comics that are set after the game have already clearly confirmed that Joker is dead. If you read them you'll see that there is absolutely no doubt about that fact. His body is kept in police custody for months because he leaves a recording in case he dies, saying anyone who finds his body and returns it to Harley gets 100 million dollars. He is very, very dead. It's been confirmed 100%. People need to accept that.
There's already been a third game confirmed but that doesn't mean it has to do have anything to do with Joker. Batman does have lots of other villains you know, there'd be no need to set it when the baby was grown up. You're right though that Joker is in fact really dead. The Arkham City End Game comics that are set after the game confirm that he is dead. People who deny it are just in denial.
I think he is not dead.. because in the end, first batman was holding the cure on his right hand.. After you beat clayface and batman wakes up, the cure is on your right hand.. In this time, joker get the cure, drink a little of it and putting it on batmans right hand.. And maybe the body will be clayface's..
joker is not dead(if he is he will be revived) and harely isn't pregnant either, if you play the harley quinn revenge dlc they show like a bunch of negative pregnancy test on the floor by a crib with a painted scareface in it.
joker is alive there are lots of clues to lead to a third game(i hope) also harley does not have a baby because on harly quins revenge in the manger office there is a cot with scarface and pregnancy tests saying negative and also when she sings at the end of the credits she is singing to scarface so she dosent have a baby
@Kilox1000 also so many hints in the game that the next game mostly involves scarecrow because of many hidden messages areas and easter eggs including around 7 fear toxin tanks and one last hint at the end of the credits of arkham asylum that he was alive.
@legolas199 Yea he did. Im pretty sure this is the last game (i hope not)...people keep saying that there will be another game because Harley Quinn is pregnant, but even if she was Batman would be like 60 years old by the time the baby was grown so i think its over.
i know i may be 2 years late in replying and you probably already know, but there is another coming out "batman arkham origins" ... joker is very mutch alive in the game, but then .... sorta sadly, its a prequel to arkham city :)
guys joker is not dead. HE IS THE JOKER!!!! HE CAN'T DIE! not until the bat himself kills him. HE cant die in any batman universe So I don't belive he is dead... there are proofs :)
@Kobe24Bryant1324 why would this be the last game when they've been this succesful? also look how many hints there are for a sequel with azrael's prophecy, hush's plan, and the various thug conversations. this is obviously not the last game. the question is will they find a way for joker to return or not.
