Actually when Batman is speaking to Oracle his eyes are filtered with a holographic technology which only he can see. We as Batman can see it but others can't.

The police officer couldn't see the hologram of oracle, if you look at batman's eyes when the holograms are on, they are glowing, meaning the holograms are just images in the cowl's lenses

SPOILER ALERT: I knew Jason was the AK when Batman was shooting at the helicopter and AK says "you still haven't lost your touch". In the DCAU movie Under the Red Hood, RH says the same thing and calls Batman by his real name. That's how Bruce figured out it was Jason in the movie.

Incredible episode/part 4 of Batman Arkham Knight. The reference to Star Wars and climbing up side of building from Batman Forever is awesome and amazing. The Arkham Trembler was created in Europe, after the Arkham Tim Verse car was destroyed in an explosive? Interesting. Since the Arkham Knight is whining and knows secrets about the Batsuit, maybe he is definitely Jason Todd or Damian Wayne. John Noble from Fringe, and Sleepy Hollow is Scarecrow that makes sense.

Knightwing the reason Batman can talk in front of police officers and others is because only he can see the video call, if you look at Batman's eyes you can see that they have this white look on them and it's kinda like VR systems and I would imagine that the reason it's just on his wrist is because it's like a focus point or whatever for it to be projected on, just look at Batman's eyes next time you play and there is a video chat

When Batman was talking to Barbra Gordon with the police officer, the officer can't see the hologram. That's why when you're talking with a hologram Batman's eyes go all digital.

Kwing, I recommend using Toggle Mode, it makes the controls on the Battle Mode of the Batmobile much easier

Other people can't see the holographic screen that comes from Batman's wrist, if you look at Batman's eyes when he is talking to someone they go white like in detective mode and when it ends they go back to normal.

Yeah, I hate Batman’s optimism because people he cares about die like Talu. I remember when in Hush how Batman tried to save Riddler while fighting him in a explosive hull while Catwoman helped. The whole place was going to blow and the Riddler was going kill both of them over s ledge and Catwoman killed Riddler before the place exploded. Also, Red Hood and Damian were true heroes, they took out many villains and yes many rose after but that mainly the fight against evil
