Rocksteady: Mark we need you back for Arkham Knight Mark: I don't know if I can Rocksteady: You get to have your own musical number Mark: I'm on my way
The funniest part of this whole thing is that Batman's hallucinating this, so literally the deepest recesses of his psyche is coming up with this shit. His own brain literally made up Joker dancing and singing and made up all the lyrics by itself. That is just fucking hilarious to me. XD
Definitely true. Either he really wanted to become a Velvet Fog when he grew up - if his parents didn't die - or he really knows Joker all to the bones to come up with all these lyrics.
Batman:Alfred I have to save gotham even if it means dying Alfred:no sir please don't do it Batman:goodbye Alfred (Batman turns around) Joker:miss me Batman:WHAT THE FUCK ROCKSTEADY
Suicidal Productions about that robin didn't knew joker was in Batman's head and then when you catch all the joker people and then batman put robin in jell
I think it's more exciting to think of Joker as of some kind of evil transcendental entity who actually, with the help of blood transfusion, infested Batman's mind, as well as, probably, those 4 poor bastards in the movie studio, when it's "main" mortal body died of Titan. I mean, for the universe where there are such characters as magically immortal Solomon Grundy, Ra's Al Ghul and Clayface it's totally plausible.
That was a completely BRILLIANT idea that Rocksteady was able to use to bring back Mark as the Joker. I honestly thought we had seen the last of the Clown Prince Of Crime at the end of Arkham City
Funny you say that, since Sinatra was apparently supposed to play the Joker in the Adam West Batman tv show before the role was eventually given to Caesar Romero.
*Robin goes to Takedown Charisma* *Batman motions him to go away and wait* "I bet this is all part of Bruce's plan." *Batman continues to listen to the song, tapping his foot the whole time*
Joker was overused since he was always the climax of the games but you can’t deny he’s like one of the best villains for the job he definetly makes the game feel less lonely tbh
@Noah Leopold yeah but people feel as though Batman has so many great villains and they could be the main villain but it boils down to just having the joker be the climax
@@theultimatelifeform3580 then again, remember, Alfred was a talented actor before being part of the bat-family, so maybe Robin has a bias. That or this guy can compete against black canary.
I nearly choked on my coffee yesterday morning when I got to this scene! Seriously, this has to be among the more original moments in any game that I've played in YEARS
I just realized that Johnny Charisma is voiced by Michael Rosenbaum who voiced The Flash in Justice League, Ghoul in Batman Beyond and played Lex Luthor in Smallville.
Well I believe, given his very mysterious origin and eerie ability to succeed against all odds, thinking of Joker as some kind of transcendental entity who infested Batman's mind after its main body died, would make for a pretty good fan theory.
mihan2d well that seem to make most perfect sense given joker recall events that Batman doesn’t as if he was really him( tod for example) and isn’t so far fetched given Batman villains along with hero like Superman, flash, zantana exist in this Arkham verse
Joker sings the blue's and 12 other motown classics all on one great album for the low low price of $19.95 an if you order now you get riddler and mad hatter's hip hop classics...
Is it weird that I sat through the whole song, then restarted the mission and listened to it again, just to restart it AGAIN to finally do the mission!
Lmao best part of the game!!! " Barbara is dead and I'mlaughing. Jason Todds dead and I cant stop laughing, I'm even dead and I cant stop laughing!!!!!!!!!!!! "
You can say what you want about the batmobile and the game. You can't deny they had so much making this and mark Hamill was having a great time doing this. Screw the people who hate this game. This is one of the best I have ever seen and played.
Joker: "Nobody serenades you, but me, Bats!" And Batman hallucinated that, right? So Batman thinks that Joker would say that. So, therefore, it is with great pleasure, that i announce Batjokes canon, in the Arkham series.
I'm even dead! Lol that was the funniest part! That and after the song was over. "You know, I used to have the voice of a soprano. I mean I had a vocal chords. Lol!! Funniest part of the game ever.
I LOVE it in shows/movies where enemies hate each other so much with obsession that it's very similar to love. Joker and B-man are a perfect example of this.
Ever wonder what Johnny Charisma was actually singing while Batman was hallucinating the Joker? And is the guy who voiced Charisma the same guy who did Steve Haynes in GTA V?
Eric King This game came out a year before that movie did. If anything, Leto’s Joker looks like a knock-off version of Johnny Charisma-and not a good one, either.
Consider this: Joker actually did a song and dance number like this before his death and that’s why Batman is able to imagining it so clearly, in Joker’s voice, with Joker replacing Charisma, etc.
I remember going to a friends house and they had this game around when it was new and they let me play it since I didn’t have the game at the time. It was this mission that I got to play and once Batman got impatient and broke the keypad to open the door since I took too long trying to figure it out, Johnny charisma randomly turned into the joker and he proceeded to start singing. Keep in mind that I had absolutely no spoilers at all and this was my very first time playing this game so this was one hell of a first impression, I remembered just sitting there listening to joker sing because I legit thought it was a cutscene until my friend told me it wasn’t. I will always remember that day as the greatest first impression of a game I’ve ever had
It would be epic if you were able to switch between batman and robin in this part. Batman would see the joker and robin would see charisma singing different song.
