Roger Puzzitiello Plant killing spray. The blades on his forearms. Batarangs. Explosive jel. Brute strength (which he has a lot of). Having the grapple gun be stronger than the plants' grip. Batmobile remote control.

StuffUser101 he has shown that he can bend metal pipes with his brute strength. Also pretty much break riot shields and car doors with a kick, toss a fully grown man several meters, rip off vent covers (which is probably not nearly as easy as he makes it look), bust through unbreakable glass, beat the living snot out of several venom/titan infused baddies, etc. So he’s probably a little bit stronger than the average man.

There are no civilians because the city was evacuated because of Scarecrow threatening a fear toxin bomb. EDIT: I should also mention that there are NO loading screens in this game except for when you boot it up. Every interior is seamless.

Batman starts seeing hallucinations from the joker that got cremated when he stops the fear toxic when scarecrow locks him in a cell were you have to dearm the bomb from getting to the ocean and lakes to poison many people and take over gotham then oracle gets captured by scarecrow then batman or bruce have to get oracle back from a building using the batmobiles winch to pull down walls and get on the roof to get a good vantage point to where she is!!

In the first trailer you see why there are no pedestrians. Scarecrow basically told everyone to get out of Gotham or else he will release his fear toxin across the city. Btw, I'm only getting a PS4 for this game lol

So I don't get why the "drones" can't be man handled because the villains know he can't kill. So if the tanks have people in them then basically batman is fucked.
