@@The_Man_Who_Sold_the_World. The animation in most Batman alterations was never really an issue as far as I recall. The writing can even be good. You can at least tell the animated content from DC is done with research of their own content. Wonder why their cuddy live-actions don't get the same treatment...
For Deadshot, it's all about the gun scope he's wearing. As long as he can look through and focus, he's a deadshot. Trying to fire at a quick pace and at a moving target is difficult. And well, BATMAN. He knows.☺☺
he is my fuckin favorite, he proves that people, human beings, men are stronger then gods and have the intellect to get thru super powers or special abilities. And he's just a fuckin human. That's why i like this hero, he's one of the best real life heroes I've ever known.
Man I watched this for the first time like 2 months ago. I couldn’t believe I didn’t watch this especially knowing that Kevin was voicing Batman. I didn’t even expect this film to have different scenarios
You can't tell me this version of batman doesn't have super powers when he, figured out where the shooter was, figured out exactly where he was aiming towards, and then flung himself fast enough to intercept a literal speeding bullet, then perfectly hit it right as it flew past him to make sure it didn't hit its intended target.
Comic (and this) Batman basically does. He’s implied his mind works kind of like Sherlock’s in the Downey jr. Movies, able to perfectly guess reactions and the angles of gun barrels right before the event’s occur. At least, that was my take away when he said he feels like bullets slow for him in the comics.
He probably used his detective vision to see where deadshot's location is in the area, then followed him and see that there's Commissioner Gordon down in the car he's in and the other squad cars too that has their police sirens on and then glided down at the right moment to stop deadshot's bullet from killing Gordon
This was created by the madhouse studio a a legendary Japanese animation studio that creates high quality animation, like one punch man, death note and more popular shows
@@ClaytonPZ What if Deadshot shot him in the part of the face where his cowl doesn't cover? Being that he IS Deadshot and doesn't miss, it's not that far off from possible
Thats because it is the work of an japanese studio and let me tell you, if japan knows one thing its 2d animation, storybording and just animation in general.( the studios where Studio 4C and Production I.G by the way)
@@thatanonymousguy9028Because he literally has full control of how much pressure he was giving via remote. Here he was pissed, wounded, irritated, and could've easily took his head off by extending his arm an inch further.
It is from Batman: Gotham Knight as per the title - Multiple short stories created by some of the top Anime artists of that time. So all are in different styles based on the creator of each short. Very decent series.
Remember...Batman doesnt have superpowers. He can only catch bullets in mid air on a high way and literally fly while dodging bullets and punch deadshot so hard it made a hole in the train hull
I remember seeing this and thinking "Wow, I can't wait to see more DC animated films that look like this!" .............. and none of them did. None of them did....
@@The_Man_Who_Sold_the_World. Even so, you'd think that in over a decade we'd get something as visually amazing as this. I just hate how the DC animated movie universe looks so stock and bland. They're great movies but visually leave a lot to be desired.
Looks like it. This is right up there with MCU Captain America keeping a helicopter from taking off by holding it down with nothing but his own two arms. I wish writers would do a quick google search before they write clearly impossible shit like this.
@@Tantalus010 yeah I mean hell if they did research they would’ve clearly seen that Superman wouldn’t get super powers just from traveling different planets sheesh or that rings that form anything you want don’t exist
Ok so i slowed the vid to .25 and he didnt punch the bullet, he used his arm blades to deflect it. So assuming he knew were desdshot was and the speed the bullet was going i guess he could have timed it right 😂. But at least he didnt actualy punch it like supes haha
Deadshot: He’s either the bravest I’ve ever faced or a complete fool. Alfred: Sir! The sensors say you’ve been shot!! Are you alright, sir?! Batman: (catching his breath)...I’m fine.😐...How are you?
@@oi396 I know, same with Mark Hamill as the Joker. Frank Welker is 53 years in as Fred Jones in Scooby-Doo, and Peter Cullen has been Optimus Prime for over 30 years.
Physics Question: If Batman is on a moving train going X mph and throws batterangs at Y mph, what is the equation to calculate the actual speed of the batterangs that are hurtling towards Deadshot who is at infront of the train? Bonus Question: How fast are Deadshot's bullets traveling towards Batman, with the train's direction with the bullets?
Since they are both on the moving train they are in the same frame of reference. So for them it's basically the same as if they were standing on still ground
Actually,No. It’s the same for THE both of them I.e. if batman was running toward deadshot on the train however in case of the batarangs they have to be thrown at a speed greater than the one at which the train is travelling so as to actually have a chance of hitting deadshot so Y>X
@@theoutlawking9123 yh fr lol i don't get why people want superheroes to have realistic logic that would be boring and we wouldn't have any superheroes anymore lol logic is fine but complaining "how did he miss", "they can shoot him in mouth" is just stupid because he dies show/movie is over lol.
@@maxmacraft6614 Exactly, as Stan "The Man" Lee once said when asked, when two superheroes fight, the winner will be whoever the writer wants it to be simple.
@@tubetube1797 ¿Perceive explosions, lightning and light in slow motion or standstill? Meh, being faster than bullets is normal for almost all incarnations of Batman, come on, just accept it instead of having this mistaken estimation that street level heroes must be realistic in every way.
Every time I watch this scene from Batman Gotham Knight, I can’t help feel like it was inspired by Batman the Animated Series. Because the whole setup and the way the scene is executed feels like it was pulled from a sequence straight out of Batman TAS.
Why debatable? Batman even references the attack in the Narrows in this film so it definitely took place in Nolan's universe. Plus the Russian is mentioned here and he was in a mob war with the Chechen (Ritchie Coster's character from TDK).
@@flightofthebumblebee9529 on top of that Detective Montoya make her first and one of her only appearances in this film and of course Salvator Moroni makes an appearance in the film then he showed up in TDK
This is one of the few times in the animation of Batman where you can barely just see his eyes behind the lens/covering (the white) over his eyes. I like it
Alfred: Sir is your plot armor holding up? Batman: yes the writers want me to survive at far rang while getting hit. But at a close range he will start missing. And i gain the ability to teleport. Also don't worry he will never shoot me in the mouth even though he can shoot batrangs.
Be cool if we could get another one of these with the same studios possibly to fill the gaps in the 8 years between Dark Knight and Rises and see how Batman retired. Maybe even add a new Batman villain like Riddler, Ventriloquist, or Mad Hatter.
There's 3 book based on Batman Begins, 2 of them are set close after Batman begins. The first book is called Batman: Dead White it takes place sometime after Batman Begins. The other two are called Batman: Inferno and Batman: Fear Itself and are both set after The Dark Knight. Inferno is about Joker escaping Arkham after being captured in The Dark Knight and Fear Itself is about Scarecrow. Little fun fact too Deathstroke exist in The Dark Knight universe as they made a figure of him in The Dark Knight toy line he fits well into the Nolanverse aethstetic
According to the creators of those short this whole scene between dead shot in Batman was homage to the original samurai films where you have two samurai’s from east to west confront each other
This one action sequence is filled with more action than the entirety of the new The Batman (3hr) film. Not to mention the quality of action is heads and shoulders above it.
Pure Badass Batman love how they gave us this to Watch while where waiting for the Dark knight film to be released it was a real treat for the fans.😎👍👍
batman is too reflex and agile and his fists would've knock any gunner like deadshot with his guns. it isn't a problem to him. he isn't like some animal who just runs away when a hunter comes it.
Me when batman is on the roof of the train: "So how is he going to avoid Deadshot's fire? Use the grapplehook to move around? Put down a smokescreen? .... Oh he is just gonna run into it? Ok I guess".
AAAHHHH, love these stories about our Batman. That whole cd is damn good. The cd I believe called Batman year one some will enjoy as well. I have seen some of those many times usually around the festivities time of the year. The art is great and story line also well done. Many of the older works seem to be well written and gritty.
deadshot don't miss unless he's facing someone like batman a guy who's 5 times faster than usain bolt and a master of stealth, this is the first time they meet i wouldn't be surprised if deadshot was panicking

2:24 to 2:32 you can hear how scared he is, who's to blame him!? They guy is literally on a train about to get his head squashed by the wall of a tunnel! But if you know Batman he doesn't kill.
Ikr, especially since he’s faster and more fluid than Bats… The fight scenes if creative enough would be too phenomenal but DC won’t ever cuz they suck sondeo’sl’xs’s…
Damn he good. Knowing when Deadshot would shoot, at what angle, what distance, while being in positions and rdy to counter it. Not gonna lie, to be this rdy, vilain would be behind bars before they even have the chance to create their backstories
