Nice review! I picked up the 1989 version a couple weeks ago. Love it! I passed on the Dark Knight version. BvS version was sold out. Now that I know the Tumbler can open I may buy it. Also, I'd say these are just about 1/24 scale
there is no way Robin can be taken out of the 66? that is a bummer, I wouldn't display these with those figures. These are ok, but no where near as good as the Hotwheels 1:18 scale batmobiles.
Thinking of starting an 80’s and 90’s diecast car collection with my son whose just turned 13 and suggested it. I love the idea and some many cars to add. He already has the hot wheels knight rider 1:18 diecast and we both love it. My question is should we stick with only hot wheels or incorporate jada metals? Please let me know thanks
1989 Batmobile.. Definitely the best... It looks sleek and super aggressive at the same time. Always loved the way the profile curves down in the middle, makes it look way more aggressive. Fantastic design, kinda meh with the others tbh
I actually like the smaller scale for this, the one with no mini figures. They offer a similar amount of detail and don't occupy too much space on the shelf. Great review, Pixel Dan!
BvS is underrated. I wish WB hired ppl who love DC & bring back Snyder. If they let out BvS Ultimate Edition, the Ayercut, & ZSJL to theaters like how they were supposed to then maybe we’d have 10+ DCEU movies rn
I ordered a few Jada Batmobiles online, all of them were sealed but the models inside were scratched. Am I unlucky or do you need to handpick the better ones in a store?
these are cool and all but i wish the batman figures werent just statues. these sets look really cook and i really want them but i dont want just a car with no playability.
It would have been cool if they just made a button pop-up feature for the 89 Batmobile guns instead of having to pry at them. Otherwise, awesome set. Would love to have all displayed in my collection.
these look great but if the figures can't sit inside there isn't much point in them being included. i also think we need the Batman forever and Batman & Robin Batmobiles,i know they aren't the greatest movies but the cars were still cool.
I think these look great... My only gripe is Robin sitting in the 60s Batmobile. Why?! I'd love to just have the four vehicles, sans occupants. Which, I'm sure there is probably a 60s Batmobile that sits empty out there, somewhere. But it would've been nice if that was the case with this set, streamlining the overall theme of Batman and Batmobile.
Does anybody know if a four inch action figure would fit in the batman vs superman bat mobile?? I'm really interested in buying one but I want to know this before I do
These look pretty cool. Though I do think the red piping on the '66 Batmobile is way too orange. What's the MSRP for these? Looking on Amazon right now, the pricing is everywhere from $19-$35. Thanks for the review, Pixel Dan!
thats because bad cams look at the original car that was in an auction... its ORANGE ! hanabi.autoweek.com/sites/default/files/styles/gen-738-415/public/130129981-3.jpg?itok=EFbce9OL
