Life has been rough for me since last year. I went through periods of severe depression and self-loathing. I was close to checking out. After some self-reflection I made a list of areas in my life I needed to work on and improve. I started out with the small things like cleaning my room and removing all that clutter. I started to become more mindful of my spending in order to be more financially disciplined and save more. I started going out more and exercise to lose weight. Seeing a lot of the things on my list that I checked off really made me feel proud of myself and boosted my self-esteem. I am my own best friend and mentor.

Can you do Arkham origins bane talking about drug addiction or overcoming adversity and building resilience through mind and body (maybe he can use his childhood through adult life in prison as a example)

My inner dialogue towards myself has been negative my whole life. Hearing batman tell me to show myself the same compassion i would show to someone i care about was just what i needed to hear. Next time i make a mistake no matter how big i will stop and ask myself this - "What would you say to your wife if she made this same mistake?"

i like how your 2 week off youtube killed your channel... it just shows how consistency of uploading youtube videos is important, if you stop for a while - youtube is gonna go against you and no love from alghorhytm anymore.

I’ve always hated myself for my failures and anytime I succeeded, it must have not been that hard or impressive in the first place. I never wanted to bother people with my problems but something like this tells me what I need to hear without making me feel like I’m weighing someone down. I’m trying to be better. And I guess Batman forcing me to confront it is the first step of a long journey.

Hey dude, sorry to ask but could you do one where a character (any of your choosing) tries to inspire us to write? I really want to write something unique, but all good ideas for horror books have alrady been thought. I'm really in a writer's impasse and could use the help. Btw, great stuff as always. Lmao. I wrote an entire essay it feels like about how it's too late for me and all that; it's disappeared now lol. It seems it was too negative for RU-vid. Another reason for I'm too far gone and why it's too late for me. There's deserving of love for me. I am but a disappointment. The only think that is left is self-loating and suicidal thoughts. I have asked my two friends about what would happen if one day is was just....not there anymore. They didn't like that. Oh well, it seems another name to add to the "mom would be sad" part. They'd get over it. I hope if there are others, they'd hear this video and feel better and get better, I truly do. No one deserves this is much hate. If you're criticizing yourself in every single thing, not giving credit for anything, change that way of thinking before it's too late. Seek help and don't be afraid or embarrassed to do so. I have gone to the point of no return, and it's no fun I'll tell you that. Sorry for the negative energy...
