You need to understand batman initially was like an urban legend Gotham criminals told each other. In the early days, the criminals never got a good look at him. Something would come out of the shadows while you and the boys were out robbing a bank, beat you all up, then tie you together all without you seeing what it was. It was usually dark and he's wearing a black suit. So originally people thought he was just a ghost story told by deranged criminals.

Your half right his contingency for Super Man is mostly based om Kryptonite and getting him away from the Sun and Super Man endorsed the contingency plan... As for Womder Woman yhe contingency plan bats could think up was make her hallucinate she was in a fight that she could almost win that would keep her busy long enough to tire her out... Though she has Elite God Blood in her DNA unlike the other Amazonians so her getting sleepy is very unlikely so yes beating them is easy with the plans but 1 hinges on Super Man falling for a plan he helped set up and the other hinges on the hypnosis sticking and keeping Wonder Woman at bay until she blacks out from exhaustion... And nobody stumbling apon her fighting air like it was a person for if her dad dropped in he could wake her up or if an Amazonian went looking for her they could also try and snap her out of it

They pay that off in another movie, too.

I don't know if the movie had it, but, in the comics, the other leaguers asked if Batman has a contingency plan for him, and he answers something to the extent of "of course I do: the Justice League."

I think there was a moment little bit later after everyone learns of the contingency plans that Hal understood why Batman did it, but making so easily accessible was stupid, not considering that Batman already planned for the eventuality or something similar
