@@cord2706 I think it's that & the fact that Joker died right afterward, giving Batman undeniable proof that there was no benefit to ever sparing Joker because Joker died anyway but killed more people beforehand than if Batman had just killed him at some point or just not saved him multiple times. He knows Talia's death was his fault but he doesn't know what to do with that information because he's spent most of his life on the no-kill philosophy & he doesn't know if he cant trust himself with the power that would come from abandoning it but he's past the point where that excuse can really be justified.

​​​@@Batman-ro9mj he definitely wouldve at this point or was close doing it... he already technically killed bane but not really - its like when ppl die but then come back to life so its really up for interpretation if batman killed bane or not but Arkham Batman was still willing to do it... now there is a point in the story where batman should kill Raas in Arkham Knight and that is after you finish the main story then you can kill Raas since with all that has happened between batman and his code... he now realises that 'Gotham needs something more... something WORSE to defend it' - he also talks about killing penguin and that made penguin shut up but with that said, him saying that something WORSE should defend doesn't mean that it will always kill since batman already overcame that thought of belief of killing and killing constantly but there are exceptions

Same man that survived 8 bounties in one night basically at the beginning of his career, stopped Joker from creating an army of titan thugs in an Asylum that was being controlled by Joker and Harley in almost every single area. Took back control of a walled-off city being bombarded by missiles from a person who knew his identity and a leader of assassins who has lived for 600 years, saved Gotham City from Scarecrow's plan of chemical warfare and we calling Arkham Batman a loser cause he thought his prodigy/son was murdered by Harley Quinn. It also doesn't help the fact that this takes place not that long after the love of his life, Talia, was murdered by Joker and then him dying, making everyone believe Bats murdered the Joker.

Anyways tl;dr: I think Arkham Batman is a badass mf and no on can change my idea on him.
