This trailer screwed up the whole experience for so many people, imagine if they just left it for the theaters and you saw Wonderwoman and Doomsday for the first time on screen
@@saintniccage2818 it's impossible. If spider man releases the plot which fans are asking for, then the same fans will change their minds and go mad at the movie producers
@@adamcade604 When Batman tried to avoid the red solar beam, they edit like it comes from Superman. Then the next trailer reveals Doomsday. What is the point.
+Jiod Park.. Right feel that confidence and smidgen of smugness in what I saw in this trailer. You kno what I like it, I think we got a contender people for a good B. Wayne. I like the robot/batman voice. The regular batman voice, I have to hear more of it but Its entirely original.
*Godzilla:* "Most of the wold doesn't share your opinion Mr. Kong." *Kong:* "Maybe it's just the 'SKULL ISLAND' in me. We just have a bad history of crazy irradiated creatures." .............LATER............ *Kong:* "That son-of-a-nuclear-radiated-bitch brought the war...to...US!"
Sage of Rage "tell me"..... you say??! I really have NO reason to tell ANY thing to ANY one! Do you like this dumb shit for retarded teenagers? All right! But do NOT even try to dare to say that this stuff is good, because I don't have enough time to spend here to explain why it is not. Thank you.
+WhosFriedChickenIsit or maybe they were fans who were looking forward to the story of the film but now that it was spoiled, they feel disappointed. It's a pretty valid criticism
The thing about this movie is that everyone has expectations not only for the movie itself but also the characters. Everybody wants to see their owns vision of Batman and Superman. Unlike a Marvel movie because let's be honest who actually has expectations for any of those characters? They're just the next movie in a long line of never-ending sequels
+Saint Link Agreed. We pretty much know exactly what every marvel character will do in every film from now on. Their characters are established and set. This is totally fresh.
+Rhig Ganomie Characters being more relatable is an old concept and is no longer an "exclusive" one for Marvel. DC has relatable characters for now many many years. Believe it or not there is also people (myself included) that can relate with both Supes and Bats for different reasons than just origins, motivations or just life problems.
+Jarrett Self Really? I feel like I know just enough right now. If they release another trailer I might get worried, but otherwise I think we'll be surprised enough.
Im lightweight disappointed they showed Doomsday. I know its obvious that they were gonna team up but I would have preferred they didn't mention him at all in the trailers
why would u make a trailer where it shows " a great battle between batman and superman" and still show in the same god damn trailer that in the end they are friends fighting bad guys together.
+3DSDF not everyone, though. I didn't, because I never read any of the comics. I'm glad I didn't even see this trailer, or I'd have been spoiled so hard.
***** But it's basic story-telling, and there was a high chance that the two were gonna team up at some point in the movie. That opportunity is nearly impossible any director to resist until the JL movie comes out.
When u see a trailer for a movie called batman v superman and at the end of the trailer we find that they became friends and fighting together, this trailer should've won oscar for best spoiling trailer ever
It's really not much of a spoiler. Batman and Superman are always meant to team up after their fights. It's practically DC law. Though a movie based on the Injustice League or Crime Syndicate would probably give you what your looking for.
Yeah, but with this trailer we had a question, how did they become friends suddenly when the title is Batman v superman. And nobody expected that: -Save Martha! -Why did you say that name!? That was the only plot twist they didn't spoiled in trailers!!!
Positives: Ben Affleck as Batman. Henry Cavill as Superman. Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Negatives: Jesse Eisenberg as Jesse Eisenberg and not Lex. The WHOLE plot of the movie has been shown. Doomsday looks like a rip off of Abomination in The Incredible Hulk.
Abomination from The Incredible Hulk looked more like Doomsday than he did the Abomination anyway. Though I do wish there were more spikes on Doomsday anyway.
+Reece Wilkins When I saw Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luther, I wanted to see "Zuckerberg vs. Gates vs. Jobs" instead. Fewer explosions, but more disasters.
+Reece Wilkins I couldn't agree with you more. Jesse Eisenberg looks like a dumb freshman year college jokester. A grown man should of been cast to play Lex Luthor, not some frail twerp who looks like he has yet to hit puberty.
Spectra Light Or you failed to understand he meant that he was able to predict many things in the film leaving less surprises because the trailer revealed so much.
It even spoils Superman's death when you think about it. Killing him is Doomsday's sole story purpose so if you know that then you know what has to happen by the end of the movie.
This trailer really grew on me, I wasn't too sure at first I mean I like it but I was a bit uneasy. Now I watch it and I fucking love it and I can't wait for this movie to be out!
Yeah, I felt the same way. The trailer had a different momentum and originally I saw the Lex intro scene as stopping the whole thing cold. But as you say, with repeated viewings I see it working because the character of Lex need to have a societal persona and it's creates levity for what ultimately will be a film with a heavy mood.
+Anthony Becerra Yes! I was slightly disappointed about the ending, but that middle part with Alfred and Bruce talking still gives me chills. So stoked for this movie!
+Anthony Becerra Can't wait for this movie, man! The best part about all of these trailers and prior given info is that we really haven't seen anything yet. There's so much more going on here.
+Kevin Sampson (Blacklash2k4) I feel like the character will unravel with time. And lets be honest, his opening scene would feel a bit stale with 3 powerful white men angsting about justice in one frame to start out a trailer
When people complain about spoilers, did it never really come across their mind for the last 2 years that Batman/Superman will team up to fight villains? I mean like you need to watch this trailer in order to know that???? That is similar to saying "Romeo and Juliet died", and then you guys go "Fck you, spoilers, you just ruined Shakespeare's play for me"
+Thomas Anderson the point is not a about ruining the plot twist i suppose, i mean like you said we already know that they are gonna reunite eventually to fight along side each other, but the problem is that we want to see how it's gonna be performed and in this case the trailer gave up almost most of the important scenes in the movie which people are dying to watch on the big screen rather than giving them away in a trailer. Personally i have no problem with the trailer and I'm still so excited for the movie, but despite all the comments i think what is really bothering people is giving away the scenes not the plot twists.
That's not the point. but how the conflict goes around and how will they team up.... that's the question. and now we all know. there is no surprise anymore. no mystery box as JJ Abrams always pointing out.
+Thomas Anderson Trailer definitely reveals too much. Yes, we know Supes and Bats will team up, but since there's a "Justice League" movie on the horizon, I thought maybe they'd wait until then, or maybe hint at it at the end of this flick. Instead, we're spoon-fed what looks to be all the key story beats right here in the trailer, including the Big Team-Up. It's a little disappointing.
Ok when marvel shows us war machine down in the civil war trailer you all gasp. But when dc shows us 9 seconds of doomsday your all like the whole movie is shown. Btw I love both marvel and dc I'm not trying to be a cockhead just telling the truth 90 percent of the comment section is like that imo. Hope all of you give faith in this movie because I'm supporting it all the way
+Kristopher Brown marvel shouldn't be trying to make a movie off the civil war comic to begin with, how many movies has disney marvel made where heros have secret identies, i count zero, so far the only marvel hero like that is Spider man but he is owned by Fox, and having 1 superhero with an idenity over +100 heros who did in the comics make it more of a strife than a war.
VPT2 I respect your opinion but I think they should because the avengers have cause damage specially the whole rock out ground in ultron. So I think it's a good idea to through the act in there. Your right about the identities the whole world knows about steve aka cap, Hawkeye Clint Barton, and etc there shouldn't be civil war if heroes are revealing identities
Kristopher Brown hopefully it will. I'm waiting more for BvS due to action alone. MoS had the best action scenes of any superhero movie i've ever seen, so i'm excited for this one.
+Austin Smith Well being a loyal fan of something should not be the same as liking EVERYTHING that has to do with that thing. I think the trailer itself could have done a better job at creating hype. I'm sure the movie is going to be ejoyable
Batmans strengh is not his strength. He took down bigger guys than doomsday like Darkseid without throwing a single punch. Something the entire justice league could not. Because he would never give up and would sacrifice more than any of them.
+Kyle Kayfish Yeah, well... this is Doomsday. Its just a big indestructible brute. Batman isn't playing too many mind games on it other than the "Oh, so you thought I was there when I'm really here" routine. Batman is to the Justice League what Black Widow is to the Avengers. The martial artists with no powers. Unfortunately for Batman, there are no grunts to fight off, so they gave him a gun and shrugged off spending too much brain power coming up for a way for him to be true to his code and still be useful. If I was the director, I would leave Batman out of the Doomsday fight. Have Batman and Lex Luthor's... son?... ugh... anyway, let them fight it out with Batman's brains and Luthor's lame wit.
Can't believe that nobody has caught this yet, but doesn't this trailer make it seem like Bruce Wayne is actually Batman and Clark Kent is Superman?! If you look close enough, they drop enough subtle hints. Either way, that's my prediction, hope I'm right!
+Welcome to the Planet KAL-EL Who's say that? All dc have is BATMAN...... You are nothing but a man with a tight suit, I hate you supes because you walking just like a god. Batman will kicccccckkkkkk your assssssssss..... All i see from dc comics is batman comics batman comics batman comics........ while marvel not focus on one characters. FUCK YOU WE'RE MARVEL THATS WHY
+Alvin Aville you are clearly 12, or have the mental age of a 12 year old. this is why you think marvel is superior, they patter to kids. I think you'll find every member of the JLA has a comic in circulation, flash, arrow and super-girl all have their own tv show, vixen has a web series, teen titans on cartoon network, live action teen titans in the works.......But please, Tell me again how all DC have is batman?
Okay Both of you are completely wrong 1. i'm not 10-12 years old 2. If marvel's for kids then vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/marveldatabase/images/9/90/Jessica_Jones_(Earth-616)_Alias_Vol_1_25.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20150226205821 IS THAT FOR KIDS? 3. It doesnt mean that the first who has create is the best, dont talking bullshit 4. Civil war have 37 million in 10 -+ days while bvs got 9 million in 5 days what a crap 5. it is true that batman is the best superheroes of all time thats why dc's so popular..... I know they got flash, superman, wonder woman...... but still batman is the best, while marvel most of they superheroes are a human being and more science not a power from galaxy or myth STUPID BASTARD MY QUESTIONS: 1. why legends of tomorrow is bad? 2. why Doomsday like shit? 3. why man of steel is garbage? 4. why dc fanboys are so annoying 5. why they make the bvs like 300 6. why daredevil is the best tv shows? And there's alot questions
THIS MOVIE IS GOING TO BE AWESOME with all these characters, ZACK SNYDER has already done a multi superhero movie WATCHMEN. Nobody complained that we need a solo movie for each of these characters for watchmen. HE WILL DO IT AGAIN HERE, ITS CALLED STORY TELLING , HE KNOWS HOW TO TELL A GOOD STORY WITH MULTIPLE SUPERHEROES.
+man of Steel look...Im a huge Superman fan. He was my childhood hero growing up. But, this will be 2016's Terminator Genesys. The entire plot is out. Way too many characters, The set up appears to be so stupid, and Doomsday looks dumb as shit and even having him in here is retarded as hell
Only Han shot so more characters=bad movie by default??? By the way can I please borrow your time machine? I also want to go in future and watch bvs like right now
The line "Is she with you" and then Batman saying "I thought she was with you" works even better when you're watching it in the movie. It's like when she first shows up neither of them even question it because they just assumed she was with the other person. Loved it!
+NerdSync Love your channel NerdSync. Well if Snyder wanted Doomsday to be a secret twist, then he should probably have some words with the marketing department. :-)
+Radle Grebdron So did Age of Ultron. The problem is Marvel fanboys just talk trash about this movie; whether it's about Ben Affleck as Batman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, or Zack Snyder directing the movie, because they don't want the DC Cinematic Universe to succeed or beat Marvel. There is no competition. The dumbest excuse to hate on this movie is the fact the Justice League members would make appearances in a movie called Batman v Superman: DAWN OF JUSTICE! Do they even read? Besides, everyone was happy to see all the members of the Avengers team up together, so why can't we be happy to see Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman on the big screen? Let DC do its own thing; they might have some tricks up their sleeves.
Marvel has grown a fanbase over the time dc has been out of the game, and so they have billions of twelve year olds who will defend the company with their lives, despite never even picking up a comicbook. So, these marvel fanboys like to go around the internet looking for DC stuff to criticize, because they know that if this movie is successful, DC will put Marvel in a position that they wont be able to be as popular as DC. So, they make it their mission to trash the hell out of this movie and try to minimze the people who want to watch it by filling their minds with bad ideas about the film
+Jot Bean I laughed reading this! it's pretty true when put it that way . Not all marvel fans bash on DC , marvel elitist like QLCHERALD , disneydevil, the DK,etc - they have to boast their negativity on DC every now & then
+Shah Rizal Are you really gonna play dumb and pretend you didn't know that would be the outcome? I guess you were expecting Superman to kill Batman and go on to found the Justice League all by himself. That is the only other outcome available. GTFO and stop nitpicking. And everyone already knew it was Doomsday.
Haters criticizing the whole movie with negative comments is a little hypocritical wouldnt you say? Considering the fact that they are still going to see the movie and probably get it on blu -ray too...
+THE FLASH boys! haters meet fans! I love it I love bringing people together. wow that is a good point you should not start an Internet war with this person
Whats up with people saying, "Thanks WB. Now I don't have to go see the film." or "Well I'm not going to see this movie anymore."... You probably still are. Lol. Who decides not to go see one of the most anticipated films of all time over one trailer that showed just a little bit more than what you were hoping to.
+XXVIIIK - The people who are complaining will be the very same people who (1) watch the film in theaters, and (2) buy the film on Blu-Ray when it's released. They're pretty much hypocrites. They say one thing on the internet and then do the opposite in the real world.
+XXVIIIK I'm not going to see this movie because this trailer looks like dogshit. Everything from the writing to the CGI is just terrible. You can keep pretending it's amazing though.
Why is everyone criticizing this movie for having too many characters, and generally too much going on in one film? What about Marvel? Captain America Civil War is featuring every freakin avenger possible and nobody's complaining about that.
+Adrian Smajlaj (“celticsbanner18”) I think it is, because most characters in Civil War, including the main two protagonists have already had several movies of exposition (including several where they alreday appeared together) and character arc so that they can branch right away to the main plot of this movie , which is actually the consequence of all that has happened between them in previous movies. Whereas here, bar Superman all the others in BvS, including a new Batman will be introduced and will take away time from the main plot just for character exposition, settings, relation building, increasing the likelihood of becoming too bloated and messy.
+Blissty4 Then that could be argued for a lot of sequels and original movies consisting of a lot of characters. What some people miss or forget is that part of the film's plot is to build a relationship between the two main characters, they aren't suppose to know each other personally and then have a falling out. The other new supporting characters are suppose to do the same thing as well, build a relationship whether its one of dislike (Lex) or one of common goals (Wonder Woman). After all it is a prequel to Justice League so I would say it isn't taking away from the main plot.
+Rondel Moore These are all iconic characters. They deserve entire films dedicated to their origins, not what is likely less than ten minutes of exposition for each of them.
That is because Star Wars doesn't need to sell us on story. We just need to see enough characters to get us exited. However, BvS is the start of a new franchise therefore they have to sell us on story as well
+Austin your right, but thats becuz they are trying to catch up with marvel and make a billion dollars off this movie. watch it on bootleg first before you go see it.
Snyder: "Okay, I'm planning Man of Steel 2 and 3." WB: "But MoS didn't make one billion. I'm calling a shared universe." Snyder: "Have patience, my friend." WB: "I'm out of patience. Do Batman v Superman immediately." Snyder: "Okay, I'll see what I can do." *After two years of making the masterpiece... Snyder: "How's the movie?" WB: "Okay, but need to chop down part of the scenes." Snyder: "But they're important to the story." WB: "I don't care. Dew it." Snyder: "Fine." *Later BvS released WB: "Movie is bad, it didn't even reach one billion dollars. I'm blaming Snyder." Snyder: "Wait a minute, the whole operation was your idea."
To this day, I'm still shocked that some people still can't comprehend Batman's reasons for fighting Superman. The movie and trailers outright give the answers away, but it's like people ignore it and wanna come up with their own conclusions.
Astro Enthused He basically sees Superman as a ticking time bomb. Sure Supes hasn't done anything yet, but Batman has seen many allies become villains, so he's gonna try to kill Supes before that happens. Also the fight at Metropolis showed him how destructive Superman can be.
People understand it. It's just not very batman like. The whole 1% line is totally out of character. Add on to the fact that the whole "Martha" was such a weak payoff, and fans undoubtedly have the right to question the writing of the characters and script.
Nathan Cardenas But during BvS, it was pretty clear that this Batman was acting completely out of character because of previous and current events. The line matches his current mindset. And I found the Martha scene actually good. Could it had been executed better? Absolutely. But most Batman movies and cartoons point out that his parents' deaths haunt him even in his adulthood.
I am tired of the DC vs Marvel arguments perpetrated by fake comic book fan boys that only got on board because they watched the movies and never actually read the source material. This is my childhood dream to actually see these comic book heroes come to life on the big screen and any REAL comic book fan would absolutely share the same sentiment.
+Dennis Hazard I would think REAL comic book fans care more about quality adaptations being made, not just "see these comic book heroes come to life" REAL comic book fans would have extremely high standards and wouldn't put up with anything less than perfect...because REAL comic book fans are kind of a pain in the ass
For those of you who still believes that this trailer showed too much and hilariously claimed that they saw the whole movie then please take the time to answer these questions: 1. How and why exactly does Wonder Woman come into the fray? 2. How exactly will the batman and superman fight end? 3. Is that doomsday's final form? 4. What about aquaman, cyborg and the flash? 5. Will anyone die? 6. What happens during the superman court room scene? 7. Is the desert sequence a nightmare or is it Wonder Woman seeing into the future? 8. Will there be a scene of joker killing Todd? 9. What is Luthors real agenda because all we saw was his eccentric side he exemplifies in public how does he act when he's alone? 9. Who exactly is Scoot Mcnairy, Callan Mulvey and Jena Malone playing? 10. what about that underwater sequence in trailer 1? 11. what are the parademons doing in the desert sequence? 12. Themyscira scenes were filmed in New Mexico haven't seen that yet 13. what about the Gotham v Metropolis football scene that was the first scene shot for the movie how will that play out? 14. ironically we haven't heard WW say a single word yet how exactly is Gal portraying her? 15. At what point in the movie do Bats and Supes discover each other's secret identities? 16. EW showed superman in Wayne Manor how is that scene going to play out? 17. What about the Kryptonite how exactly will that be utilised? 18. Exactly how does the trinity take out Doomsday? 19. does Luthor get exposed for what he is by the end of the movie to the general public - it's obvious Lois knows he's evil from the trailer but does the rest of the world by the end? 20. How exactly does Luthor go bald is it Kryptonite poisoning or something else? Even if you can manage answer one of the questions you could be wrong. Now,I'm going to give my own review on #BatmanvSuperman #DawnOfJustice but just on few specific details. First off it was fully awesome, it began with Clark Kent aka #Superman and Bruce Wayne aka #Batman both discussing about both of their point of views about their alter egos until Lex Luthor jr steps in and playful greet both Clark and Bruce, I thought it was very humorous especially he said about Clark's hand shake, "You do not want to pick a fight with this guy." Then the trailer showed Bruce was willing to wage war on #Superman because according to the synopsis to the movie Bruce is too afraid to think about what would happen if Superman is left unchecked, in comics, #Batman have been a paranoid towards something very unfamiliar to the world, next the trailer showed #Batman and #Superman were duking it out, where #Superman was saying to #Batman "Don't get up, if I wanted to you'd be dead already", that right there to me is text book #Superman, Henry Cavill is doing a wonderful job playing that character. And then things got even interesting: Doomsday entered the scene that was so cool, Lex jr used Zod's DNA to create him which it gave Doomsday heat vision/breath which I find it over-the-top excellent, it may not how that happened but we'll just have to wait to see that is correct or not. Okay I'll admit showing Doomsday in the trailer was a bit too revealing but come on people that alone isn't much of a spoiler, we all knew that Doomsday would show up in this movie and you people act like you've seen the whole movie which it really isn't. Another reason why most people are up in arms about the trailer is that it showed #Batman, #Superman and #WonderWoman standing together at the end of the trailer and Doomsday enter the scene right before it because they are really believe that it's about #Batman going up against #Superman. Well news flash to these people, it is not what this movie is about at all, you see most people have mistaken the title Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice which led them believe it's some kind of a versus movie, the letter "v" doesn't necessarily mean it stands for versus, now a I said before it's not solely about #Superman and #Batman fighting each other, it's about both of them having different points of view, and the Dawn of Justice part is where Diana and Doomsday make their appearance which it make a lot of sense for the title. Zack Snyder specifically said they made it "v" because they didn't wanna call it a versus movie, since that's not what it is. Lastly, that trailer was for general audience not just for us comic book fans and fanboys alike. I truly hope this really shed some light on this.
+Dave “d1988” Ethan I hoped that you caught the all caps and the exclamation points typos as signs of me joking, because I actually agree with you. This trailer didn't answer any scene that were presented in previous trailers, so the "this trailer showed the whole movie" crowd really baffles me.
People seriously just to chill about this movie. Think about Marvel. They pretty much show everything in the trailer and nobody complains about it. When DC shows a little bit or a lot of footage in the trailers, so many complain. Like, wth?
+Kal 'EL They built up the Batman v Superman fight only to ruin the momentum by introducing Doomsday. If people don't understand the complaint then it says a lot about their sex life.
+Kal 'EL Ignore those trolls that are complaining, they are marvel fans but they're playing "DC fan". I heard no complains from Ant Man, Age of Ultron, Avengers, Winter Soldier, Iron Man 2 e.t.c and they spoiled pretty much in the trailer.
+Kal 'EL Yes. There are whining about: 1 - the trailer telling the whole movie, but EVERYONE FUCKING KNOWS that they will fight and then they will join forces 2 - Doomsday showing up in the movie, another thing that everyone knew would happen 3 - Doomsday's look. He has a grey skin and bones out of his body just like in the comics 4 - Lex Luthor. First of all, this is not the original Lex Luthor, it's his son, second, he being funny in the trailer doesn't mean that he will be a bad villain 5 - Humor. We had more humor in this trailer, but this doesn't mean that the movie will be a comedy. The Dark Knight Trilogy, First Class, Days of Future Past and Man of Steel all had humor.
+111legoreviews111 "You should call things bad without seeing them to properly form an opinion and you cannot have an opinion on a trailer unless you have seen the movie"
+Chase Chute Then you have people hating what you have made. IMO we should just me proud and amazed at what they are doing. And because of this movie people will stopping looking at this as a cash-grab, and more of as an art that they want more and more of.
*I was rewatching BvS Ultimate Edition tonight and for the first time I cried while watching it. I felt Martha Kent's pain as she placed her dead husband's photo on her dead son's body at Clarks funeral. The more I rewatch that movie, the more I love it. It truly is a masterpiece.*
+Epic Comicast Totally agree, he's not intimidating at all and doesn't even seem like him himself is really a threat in anyway, I know he's gonna create Doomsday but still, he seems annoying to me.
+Epic Comicast I disagree, this was a dude that looked extremely smart. In fact, if he created Doomsday he would be already at DC levels of intelligence, he's only just, young.
jesse Eisenberg tends to play the same part in everything he's cast in. I wasn't a big fan of his casting and this only confirms it for me. I don't hate the guys acting, it's just really limited.
Then toward the end, Iron Man has Captain America pinned to the ground, about to kill him. Cap: JAMES! Iron Man: WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME?!?! *Falcon comes between them* "That's his best friends name" Iron Man: Oh....me too....guess you're not bad after all. Let's team up and go kill General Ross!
Okay, I am going to get this off my chest, because this is really bugging me.... Why is it everyone is complaining about the weapon Batman is using at the end and why are people complaining about the cannons on the bat mobile? If you have read the comics, read the books, watched any of the cartoons, or watched any of the movies, Batman has always used guns. His graple line launcher is a grappling gun, he uses sonic guns. When he is fighting meta humans like Superman he uses explosives and missile launchers. He doesn't use hand guns and he doesn't use weapons with the intent to kill. In the Dark Knight Returns the machine guns he had on the bat mobile which was a TANK shot rubber bullets. In the comics he is a trained marksman it goes along with his expertise in knowing every fighting style and weapons training. The Keaton bat mobile had 50 calibre machine guns. The Tumbler had cannons on it. He even used an EMP gun.
+Swebby67 I had a similiar thought. It makes more sense than him just giving up. We now know that Jenna Malone is Barbara Gordon as Oracle and Gordon is retired. Which means this is AFTER Killing Joke, and after the death of Todd. Maybe Bats figured he would save lives in the end by dispatching the Joker but was so sickened by the act that he hung up the cowl. I think it's a plausible theory +Swebby67.
Stop complaining about the story being spoiled. If you've ever read comics or have watched a Batman/Superman cartoon then you pretty much already know where things are going. Did you actually expect Batman and Superman to fight for 4 hours?
this pretty much spoils the movie. so Batman and Superman have a grudge. they fight. Lex creates Doomsday. then Bats and Supes have to unite against him. and Wonder Woman shows up to help. they win. /Endmovie.....
you could almost see it coming from the first trailer though. in fact alot of people did. the only thing up in the air was if it would be bizarro or doomsday lex was going to create
+Brian Griffin dont forget about the closing when they start gathering or start recruiting members for the justice league, what do we call ourselves "the justice league" jk that was awful
If they would have written Lex's REAL personality, then YES, he would have been BRILLIANT. I remember him even saying he wanted to play a comic villain in the past.
I believe this trailer is what killed BvS. Audiences already knew the entire plot, and all the surprises had already been revealed. Whoever approved this trailer should have been fired on the spot.
+frealms Batman v Superman v Ninja Turtles v Spiderman v The Avengers v X-Men v Fantastic Four v Jessica Jones v Bugs Bunny v Michael Bay v Batman confirmed!
+mtmiller1210 More like Batman v Superman v Ninja Turtles v Spiderman v The Avengers v X-Men v Fantastic Four v Jessica Jones v Bugs Bunny v Michael Bay v Batman v Donald Trump v Mexico
I actually liked eisenberg luthor, him introducing Bruce and Clark is priceless because he knows who they both are and he's just adding lighter fluid to the flame
if u watch the superman animated series, that lex has actually has a sense of humor like jessie eisenberg version. the only thing thats missing from this lex version is the suit, baldy n deep calm voice.
if u watch the superman animated series, that lex has actually has a sense of humor like jessie eisenberg version. the only thing thats missing from this lex version is the suit, baldy n deep calm voice.
+Prabudhjeet Astangi yet they earn millions of dollars every year, they're so fucking good that DC is rushing to get a Justice League movie already to compete with them.
To those complaining about this trailer being too "spoilery", all they did was show elements of the movie that any fan has already guessed would be in it. Everyone already figured Doomsday would be in this.
+logicalfallacy234 What? But guessing is fun! Just becuase some people guess it right, they should just flat out say it? This is going to be an awesome movie, but i wished they didnt spoil too much
+logicalfallacy234 had no idea Doomsday would be in it. I thought it might a clone or mind control, or they would take most of the story from Dark Knight Returns.. but never thought they would go full Hollywood and and bring out DoomsDay.. typical comic book, with the bigger badder version of the hero LAME
For all those complaining that the whole movie. here is some questions about the movie as a whole including the teaser and comic con trailer. 1. WTF happened to Wayne Manor? 2. Who sent Bruce 'you let your family die' ? 3. What is Jena Malone's character? 4. Who is Scoot McNairy playing? 5. Is Gordon dead? 6. What is Aquaman's cameo? 7. What is the Flash's cameo? 8. What about Cyborg? 9. What is the outcome of the fight? 10. How is Doomsday battled? 11. Why is Lex's hand cut? 12. How does Lex utilise Kryptonite? 13. What happens in the meeting between Lex and Senator Finch? 14. How does the court scene pan out? 15. What is Superman catching the shuttle all about? 16. The Day of the Dead scene in Mexico? 17. The flood scene? 18. The Mad Max Batman scene? 19. How is Clark's time at the Daily Planet? 20. Why is Batman standing atop some sort of tower with a gun? 21. What is happening in the bit where Batman is standing in some sort of subway with the Riddler Easter egg ? The film isn't spoiled. just be grateful we are getting the movie for God's sake.
Is it just me or does this trailer grow on you? Like.. The first few times I watched it I was upset with the fact that it showed Doomsday, but now I seem to like it more every time I watch it.
Yeah, kinda like how a lot of Man of Steel haters I know liking the movie after watching a second time, plus both MoS and this trailer divided the community with people hating both with hypocritical/minor reasons.
+Felix Martins I don't know... Perhaps it's because i'm from the original Superman generation and that a Godzilla evil twin sister on steroids from another galaxy really needs to sink in a little first, but his is a whole new chapter of fucking impossible for me.
The moment where Wonder Woman shows up to save Batman would have been such an Epic theater moment. Everyone Holding their breath waiting for Supes to come save him so they could face the real threat together only to see a new ally come to the rescue. I mourn the great crowd experience that could have been.
+Unconcerned Ursidae look at how the trailer is cut though, first bats is in the batwing then he's standing. the trailer is obviously cut to look like that, wait till you see the movie
+Unconcerned Ursidae Amazing scene. I think not seeing any Wonder Woman at all and watching it in the movies for the first time would have been epic as anything you will see, these days we all want to know as much as possible of a movie so almost everyone knew she would be in it. You are very right in your point though. Not knowing Doomsday is in it and knowing where Wonder Woman comes in would have been a lot better for the actual cinema experience for me.
+Galactic Specter Give the guys a break, the WB and DC bosses were shouting at them to make the trailer as fast as they could after Marvel suddenly sucker punched them (Snyder pun intended) with the Civil War teaser.
I don’t care what anybody thinks...I love BVS and think it’s a misunderstood masterpiece. It will be appreciated later in time. Thank you Zack Snyder🙏🏻
+no hassle Ben afflecks voice is worse.. The ONLY reason he got that dumb voice modulator is because he isn't talented enough to make a batman voice... Kevin Conroy should dick slap him for that it sounds ridiculous. He sounds like fucking Optimus prime.
no hassle Fuck Michael Keaton that curly headed fuck is too ugly to be a BILLIONAIRE PLAYBOY. I mean for fucks sake the guy looks like Will Ferrell. Fuck that Kevin Conroy is the Batman.
+boredXsomethingXIDK No you didn't. You watched a freaking 3 minute trailer that showed stuff most people already knew including Doomsday from the synopsis they released a few months ago
