They shoved like three different movies into this film they try to put the dark Knight return storyline in here with the death of Superman storyline with somewhat of an adaptation of the Justice league and if you include the Robin suit cameo under the red hood 💀

Db fans: Superman's weakness to a green rock is stupid People who read comics: It's a scientifically accurate weakness that allows one to know how kryptonian physiology works. And it's not a green rock, it's a meteor that takes away his powers and causes him enormous pain. Much better weakness than Goku's fear of needles. Borrow one from the doctor's office and Goku will hide under the bed. Even Trunks and Pan couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous this is.

so many contrivances & asspulls, this should've just been Batmans movie, pretty much was The motivation for Waynes rage was in the beginning, the whole set up with the Capitol was unnecessary, so much gd time. And they only fought because Supes didn't just open his mouth and explain Martha was in trouble instead of talking in Vagueanese. THEN on top of all that, Superman dies, what a goddamn mess. But that soundtrack, that casting for Batman? That warehouse scene? So good.
The BvS fight in The Dark Knight Returns PT 2 was leagues better, so much better it's not even funny. Granted Bruce shouldn't have won that either but at least the choreography was as it should've been.
I still don't like how this batman is portrayed. And while superman was being treated as a hero. It's like having spiderman go on a villainous act just to be brought hope by captain America, that's what happens in this movie.
