To run it on maximum, any modern core i3 combined with an 4gb GPU should do fine. Despite how good it looks, the recommended system specs for Arkham Knight aren't that high by modern standards. You'd only need more if you want to run the game in 4k 120fps. I just beat it the other day on an Core i5 3470 (which is fairly old now) and an GTX 1650 without issue. The problem with an 4gb GPU like mine is that it is not very future proof. I expect more games to start requiring 6 or 8gbs in the next 4-5 years. But if you only plan on playing games released before 2020, 4gbs is plenty, and they're dirt cheap right now. I've found brand new GTX 1650s for $140 on Amazon US, for example. And there may be even better GPUs available at that price point.

It is a mod, from what i can tell it's a batman skin over the redhood character.
