Jamboolio records a highly customized 1972 Buick Riviera 2-Door Coupe with the 7.5-liter 455 cid Big Block V8 engine.
This American muscle car classic has been modified with a two tone color combination; orange and black, and also with huge chrome wheels.
Here's an overview of this gorgeous, almost Batmobile-like classic with a very clean exterior, look into the engine bay, engine startup with loud exhaust sound, and a few driving scenes, enjoy!

well, it's interesting. It might be a '72 but it has a '71 trunk lid. this would be controversial in the states...the Riv is practically a custom straight from the factory and one of the truly significant cars of the era, so to customize it further could be considered blasphemous...and if it was truly a GS, then doubly so. OTH, I don't hate it. the lowered rear stance was common in the 50's on sleds so I think it kinda looks good on this one...kind of a late model sled. But yea, a stock one is boss

Beautiful car... Too bad they had to top it off with a tacky paint job that totally chopped up the awesome lines of the car.... It almost negates all the hard work that went into building it.

This says 72 Riviera But has all the markings of a 71. (side markers and Vents on trunk Lid) either way still love them.. Had I 72 GS with a sunroof wish I still had it.. :(

Sexy car, but i would prefer it as stock-standard myself. To each his own i guess ;-) I love american cars from 1940 thru 1979, but my favorite U.S car era is the "finned 50s", mainly chrysler/dodge/plymouth. Y'know - Virgill Exner designed some stunning cars that were almost works of art imho.

Bad decisions aside, (of course everyone has their own taste and opinions.) Despite the bad decisions on the paint, stanced and wheels the boat tail Riviera is the baddest Riviera of all. One of the most beautiful cars ever made. Back when GM did it right
