Baton Twirling Lesson 1-Forward Figure 8 

I turned 64 yesterday. My childhood baton is in landfill somewhere, so last night I ordered a new one. I'm really excited to follow all your lessons, as this should be a really fun way to stretch and exercise.😊

Just ordered my first baton and watched this video. I do have a question about the four fingers. When you do slow motion it appears that you keep your fingers closed but when you go fast it looks like you are opening and closing the last three fingers a lot. Can you address this?
