AnDay5zlebt I entirely agree with this. I'm pretty terrible and bumbling with some games but I have a lot of fun with them and I think it comes over in the commentary.

Usually people get a lot more understanding when they start to do stuff themselves, after hitting 50 subs it kinda hit me that I just don't want to only play game A even tho my audience liked it the most

I can confidently say that throughout my thousands of hours over multiple Battlefield games I've carried my whole team hundreds of times just by making sure they all stay alive or topped up with ammo. If anything it can be more fun to be the only person in the match that actually contributes like that because you see the difference, people working together is how Battlefield should be played but the playerbase is losing that. Can't possibly count how many matches just devolved in to "let's all just stay in one bit and mindlessly shoot each other because no other objectives exist" while I run around the map alone capturing bases and actually making us win. Which is especially nice because "Most kills" is rarely the one thing that gets you recognized on the end screen. "Most objectives captured" is almost always there.

+Anonnymouse Hacker So far as I recall most people playing assault with the M16 would usually have the defib and the grenade launcher, especially on maps like Metro where there's constantly that incredibly messy choke point everyone loves. I remember taking up healing duties and having to defib like 6 people who all got murked, which is a pretty critical hole in the line and if it doesn't get filled the enemy team almost always manages to edge that bit closer. In those I was more about either healing or _constantly_ trying to just run past until it worked and I captured another point, diverting attention away from the middle. In any case healing or not you still need ammo if you plan to live decently long, which the better players usually do. It definitely does a lot though I remember screenshotting a leaderboard where I was number 1 player but had 0 kills in 4. It was an awesome feeling. Teamwork always won I found, like in the days of the evil Scout Helicopter and how one pilot and two Engineer passengers could endlessly repair it and make it invincible. Strategy is the main winner though, I would tend to lone wolf it but support everything at the same time. Oddly, I hate RTS games and suck at them...

I used to do the same thing in 4, I loved that game, also matimio has a challenge video on scoring at the top without a kill, anyways I really do think that Jon should try it and everyone else should too

Sometimes it doesnt matter, i remember playing with a friend once, we were capturing objectives as much as we could, but 90% of our team was snipping. At the end, we lost the match even us having more kills, score and kdr than the rest of our team and the enemy
