Battery charge current is limited by the setting "max amp grid charge" when using solar to charge. 

Grid charge setting is limiting the battery charge current when using solar to charge. Then grid feeding starts. When grid feed is more than 220W the boiler starts warming up. That is why power in the house is getting higher.
When max amp grid charge is set to maximum, no grid feeding and all power is fed in the battery.
