Please Help Me Out! I have been using Sennheiser HD 450BT Wireless Headphones for a while now... I hear a looped feedback tone (zzzzzz) while the microphone is turned on, I updated it to the latest firmware, still I face the problem..

Hi! Is there anyway you can turn off the ANC/Ambient? I have the Momentum 4 and there is no way to turn them off. I can just switch from one to the other. Is there anyway to turn it completely off on the Accentum?

When ACCENTUM is powered on, ANC will be on. These are designed to be used wirelessly (although you can use them with a USB-C cable attached to most audio sources w/USB-C like mobile phones and laptops) and sound best when used this way.
