Bat neeche rakhne par bottom hand dominate karta hai shot ko. Ball dalne ke baad agar aap trigger movement ke saath bat upar la rahe ho tab to theek hai...poore samay neeche rakhna galat hai
In my case first i let the medicine do its job and after i get relieved from this pain, i starts going to the gym, in my case if i continue exercise than sciatica does not return, i am not a doctor, its just my experience. There are some stretches for relieveing pain ,you can try you will find a lot of videos on it.
@@rickysingh9888 thank you for advice bhai...the same is happening with me coincidently....Mujhe jese hi thoda relief hua mene running krna start kiya taki weight km ho...aur ab running ki vajah se aur thodi bohot exercise se kafi km hui hai pain.....aj mene ve comment pda to dhyan aaya ki coincidently esa hua mere sath....thnx again...for advising
