Battle Brothers: Barbarian fight 

All bros typically have 100+ hitpoints and Steel Brow is overkill. I sometimes use Steel Brow on a Swordmaster type of background, who cannot get that many HP.

He wasn't going to flee, because lvl 5 cultists don't lower morale due to being hit, just by enemies move adjacent, which there were no more. 4.
