Battle! Galarian Legendary Birds - Remix Cover (Pokémon Sword and Shield) 

I love how the pokedex entries and peony's dialogue somewhat imply how these aren't actual galarian forms but new pokemon that just looked similar enough to already identified pokemon that they were just given those names.

Not gonna lie, chasing after Zapdos was pretty fun. Can't say the same about Articuno, though.

The fallen angels are now residing on the red legendary tree. The first angel, who was the angel of snow and ice, stayed an angel, but he gain more knowlegde. The second angel, who was the angel of thunder and lightning, became a monster, stripped from his powers and was grounded, so he fight with his raw strength. The third angel, who was the angel of flames and fire, became a demon, his flames became darkness itself, which corrupts him to this day. Fighting for the fruits on the red legendary tree, but these fruits are stolen by a mere Greedent, who will fight the champion of Galar.

Articuno when he wasn't balding Zapdos before he got stroked by a charging electivire. Moltres before fire was invented.

I loved the original of this but damn THIS SLAPS

God the bit at 4:10 is just pure ecstasy. I could listen to this all day!

For the record I thought of the type match up later Moltres uses Firery Wrath to knock out all the Articuno clones Articuno slows down Zapdos with Freezing Glare Zapdos kicks the crap out of Moltres with Thunderous Kick Dark > Psychic > Fighting > Dark

But can we just talk, the legendary bird theme just bops hard

Galarian Moltres was a nightmare to catch so I named it "poopie bum"

The theme for them didn't have to be so chaotic and wild and yet it was and I love that. You made it even more chaotic and that means this is 10x more awesome

since these aren't just the galarian version of the kanto legendary birds, and are their own thing, we legally have to call the the mystic birds trio, or if like more logically names, the Dyna trio, named after the dyna tree hill

My favorite galarian bird is galarian articuno, but I like it because articuno never really stood out to me until it's galarian form, and it looks like it could take over the mind of anything it comes across and freeze it with a glare of never-melting ice!!

The insanity of trying to catch galarian birbs intensified

'inhales' galar zapdos is a fast cheeto

Catching them with Premier Balls was fun. Building my team to make each fight easier was fun. Zapdos will crit you a bunch, so I used Shell Armor Lapras to take the hits after weakening it (and Skill Swapping its Defiant ability with Harvest so I can actually weaken it). Articuno was free as soon as I found out to just fly to Giant's Bed over and over until Articuno appeared and flew towards Freezington. Even looking for the real one in that location was a breeze compared to letting Articuno lead you up the summit. The angles never helped me get a read/sight on the real Articuno once I was at the summit. Moltres' Nasty Plot is a huge problem too but didn't take long otherwise.
