@@max55436 caz it happened pretty fast all the audience wer only able to see the tornado just imagine those 2 guys power even nox Bishop couldn't figure it out what was that... .that happened pretty fast
spoiler discussion isnt the god thats scared of the nine tails the Jade Emperor but when ilypo was in the sky the hand that pushed him back to the ground was Tathagata?
Kcngs Hihu it’s not really a spoiler. Since he gained a little bit of his memory this episode and that’s what caused him to get some of his power to activate
Bruh the dude on the left is catching everything that everyone else missed from the fact that they’re still in the stadium during the cloud scene and that it was Buddahs palm, mad props my guy
I love the way they are showing wukong's power, just shows how much they respect him in their culture. The tornado with lightning and the cloud entering the stage, just shows how it can only be a god's work.
Yeah as good as the animation is......... the narrative is so bad compared to the manhwa. I mean, good job on instantly getting rid of all hype for one of the strongest characters in the manhwa.
Jafid Ayman Naw rereading the webcomic I think they did a good thing streamlining the story. The Wukong thing was never going to stay a secret and the Author was a bit all over the place the beginnings part of the story. So many things that didn’t matter were left out for good in my opinion.
@@kingjamestres I was talking about Park getting annihilated easily. It's a spit in the face for every Ilpyo fan and throws any interest in the "key" out the door. Like how're you gonna give him an entire backstory of being an enemy of God, have every main character fawn over the power and Jin just comes in and flicks him away without any build up. In what world is that good story telling.
They won’t, it’s fine. They just changed how the fight ends, and begins. it could be better, but the writer of GOH likes the changes they made, so I don’t feel like I can really complain when the author himself approves.
@@soul884 to be fair, they're trying to fit the entire first arc into the first season. They might even be skipping all of the underground stuff. I'm okay with it, even with changes I don't agree with.
I think they still gonna go to the underground... Cause... It is a huge part of the story.... I have a prediction what will happen actually but it might be a spoiler if I am right.. Like what we are talkin ryt now... (sorry kimchi & tofu)
@@RabidDogma I'm like that now. after rereading a bunch it still captures the fun but i can't get down with them downplaying Baek. i just hope if they do get a second season they don't cut to much out again.
I’m only okay with it because they haven’t actually skipped anything important at all, even if they changed it so much. Plus the author of GOH said he likes what they did, So I don’t really feel like it matters.
as a manhwa reader i kinda dissapponted of how mori vs ilpyo happend. and how mori power Just come out like that. mori power should come out when mori vs jegal battle.
jegal changing to good? *thinking in manhwa* oof im really amazed how to an extent you guys are guessing some of what's gonna happen in future especially with the story of the nine tailed fox. altho not everything is right, analyzation skills still on point.
I just wanted to let you guys know that I love your reactions and I really like that you guys are also able to pass on additional information about Asian tales/history 😎. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏽😊
I think when the Nox's god appear the fox gonna rage more🔥🔥 and I think Jin Mori's Power affected Jeon Jugok because his eyes were the same as Jin Mori's eyes . Sorry for my bad English.
Some of them like Jin Mori aren't borrowing power from the gods, demons or ancient heroes but are actual gods...like Jin mori is the actual Monkey King but does not know yet as he has lost his memories....but the more he remembers the more power he awakens. Han Dawei doesn't actual borrow a power from any known god but actually develops his own chareok that gets stronger as it matures....thats the haetae as he calls it which is sought of a water god from the glimpses of water we see from the previous episode
Everyone is saying yes the author is trying to make these changes and he likes them so much yeah yeah he's working on these actively and yet I actually can't find him saying he wanted these changes? Can someone link them to me? But no here's some serious thoughts on this episode if anyone really cares (BTW THERE'S SOME SPOILERS SO ONLY READ AHeAD IF U DON'T CARE OR ALREADY KNOW): Some things were done beautifully. Others things... no, just no IMO. First off the freaking angels like why did you have to change both the way they were summoned and the way they were designed? Like hell no dude it was actually sooo much better done in the webtoon especially since it preluded to a lot of other different themes and important events later on in the story. The angels were summoned every time a "GOD" had arisen, either Jaegal ascending similar to how Park Mujin would ascend muuuuuccchhhh later in the story, and them aiming for Daewi's eyes were important foreshadowing for Ohkwang much later. The latest chapters of the webtoon are nods back to the original seasons and everything is about growth... so why take away these important narrative moments? Like from a literary perspective removing something like that removes a large portion of what makes the growth story and the connections between characters so extremely compelling... which isn't really something Yongje does because he's literally doing the exact opposite of that and has been focusing on those two specific aspects as the main drive for character growth and rematches for the past 4-5 years so like what???? That's just hella unexpected. I love the reveal about Mori being monkey king tho... but it shouldn't have shown the god hand because jaecheondaeseong has never had anything like that... ever and that makes Mori seem like a borrowed power fighter, not like the genuine fighter WHICH IS ALSO EXTREMELY IMPORTANT IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE STORY SO AGAIN WHY CHANGE THAT NARRATIVELY. real quick tho, just a minor thing I don't like how more and ilpyo got rid of the ssamsu: enlightenment or the changes in blows where Mori says weakness cuz if u really wanted to change things cuz of hype then u missed on 70% of it. If you changed it for pacing... why? Why try to rush something like this when there's just so much good content. Which leads me to Mira... You literally just skipped over her first major development in technique over raw power. You skipped over the important lesson she had with Judge T, and the foreshadowing of her growth of how she wins her biggest and most important fight for her which is saving the one she loves most by sacrifice. I'm sorry but to really change out these INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT DETAILS just doesn't strike me as something the author would do only because for the past 9 years I was with this webcomic and following this journey, he has always been incredibly detail-oriented. it showed in the backstories of the characters, the artwork, even the choreography of the fights. Sure there are weakpoints here and there but at the end of the day it was so good because of those details and yet you guys tell me he gets rid of them? if he really did want these changes, I already decided I'll just wait till the end of the season to really think about my opinion on this but it was sooooooooo good until episode 11 where just too many things went... not awry, not wrong but strange. This is my own opinion and yeah obviously you don't have to agree but looking at a lot of people i know who were hyped about all the episodes but then reread the webtoon, they generally just agree with my sentiments although they also agree that the anime is at many moments incredibly more hype. and hell, let's end it on a light note. Mori and Ilpyo creating that fire tornado should not have been done with a reverse hook kick or a roundhouse kick clashing, not then fucking punching each other. Mori was explicitly stated to use taekwondo coupled with punches, so his main thing should have been kicks with punches in between, not a shit ton of punching and a few kicks in between like dragon ball does. before wukong was revealed, the ending clash should've been kicks not punches change my mind
Always love watching your guys perspective, especially from an Asian viewpoint I feel like you guys pick up on a lot of hints that others may not be able to see 😁❤️
It'd be cool if IIpyo and Jin Mori unlock their full potential and work together to take out that cult, I'd like to see them both standing with their charyeoks(idk if I spelled it correctly, don't bash me for it) via the Nine Tailed Fox and Wukong.
im only saying this because you guys seem to think its the Ruyi Jingu Bang that he's gonna use, its not, i doubt it will be explained this season or at all but the explanation for the and the exact staff he uses is so much cooler than a black iron staff
22:33 I feel like later down the road he's gonna play a really "key" important part... 🤐 Welp, you'll figure it out soon enough, so sit tight my man, cuz Jegal just might be the most fun you'll see from anime this year
Fox hate and search revenge against gods, and as you say wukong don't like gods either, so I think ylpo will become like a sup to jin, he will help jin with fox spirit to beat other gods and spirits, and as he is the key have the perfect way to "train" mori and unlock his true power.
i dont read the manhwa its just my speculation based on what we've seen so far what does a key do? 1. to unlock door or something 2. to lock door or something maybe the cultist/nox want to open door to heaven or god dimension and park mujin want to lock it like "earth is closed for business" but idk what taek jegal want with it
When ilpyo yell die at jegal ... And animation when he broke through the glass ... Ngl remembered Naruto getting mad at pian it was kinda same Edit: 10:06-10:09
There is more than one key. The keys are basically those who opposed the Gods I think. Webtoon readers don't get mad I only read the fight scenes of the webtoon I kinda skimmed the other scenes
what i got from the flash back that mori saw i think money king was the one who fought nine tail before and won. and mori is not still fully awakend may in next 2 episorde we will see the true power and full transformation 😂
Ilpyo lost so fast, this episode was my last favorite, i knew mori would eventually be stronger than ilpyo but this happened like in 2 minutes, all this hype for the key for nothing. At least for now.
Mori was supposed to lose this fight and get humbled, Mira was the one who was gonna come clutch and take the W idk why they changed it tbh, probably bc of time constraints. Overall good episode but I'm not liking how the other characters are getting sidelined and the show is slowly becoming dragon balls and giving most of the highlights to one character.
They completely changed it from the webtoon,it wasn't until mori fought jegal that it was revealed that we was jaecheondaeseong,in the webtoon mori got beat by ilpyo too,i don't know why the anime changed it
Should have expected it since they made it an actual 3v3 tournament and not a 1vs all, and a team wins by winning 2 matches. It was impossible for mori to fight Ilpyo’s friends as well as it was impossible for Mira to fight Ilpyo. I’m actually not so let down by these changes, if I were an anime only this would have just straight followed any other shonen, but in the manwha the revelation is more surprising since it just kicks in from nowhere (it literally falls from the sky), while here they’re already spoiling it a bit
@@GGA_GachaGameAddict what i'm saying is they changed the outcome of the fight between mori and ilpyo and they didn't follow what actually happened in the webtoon, idoit
@Kirigaya Kazuto And he don't copy borrowed power, SPOILER ALERT *he just take their borrowed power more like sucks out their charyeok by eating them with his ability* !!! *That shark thingy is just cover of his greed, greed is the ability that steal charyeok* and it's blacked color but *Jegal gave it shark skin so no one noticed* :)
It the manhwua (correct the spelling if I'm wrong) jin mori loses to illpyo and mira fights him instead and reveals his power later on (pretty soon actually)but I prefer this more in my opinion
What is the connection of Buddha with the Taoist Gods/ Monkey king ? I know that Buddha emerged from Bharat / India and never went out of India so how is he in chinese mythology ? Because Buddha is not a GOD. Only things that left India and were related to BUddha are his teachings & his future disciples only when Emperor Ashoka the great sent them to spread Buddhism in the East that too so many centuaries after Buddha died /attained Nirvana so how is he related to native chinese deities and heroes ? Someone explain please.
