I played it Story is cool but the weapons are terrible Audio is crap after playing plenty of good gunshot from other older games Weapon animations are horrid after comparing it to MW2019 Kar98k with scope on top gets 5 bullets reloaded instantly with stripper clip In MW2019 the same Kar98k gets more realistic treatment where the characters reloads them 1 by 1 when the rifle has a scope The ammo count is ridiculous They either reduced the amounts or increased it Ppsh41 in Western front? Shotgun with incendiary shells? Karabin Rifle that only got manufactured by the small amount of 200 gets used everywhere The bloods are like paintball splatters compared to WAW And they never fixed the 30. Cal MG bug
I love call of duty, but then I live in a third world country, and all I can do is to just watch this missions cause can't afford a PC o a console to play it and also to buy the Game. but still if I can watch it and just feel that I play the game then that's satisfaction for me.
Hot take, I actually really, really like CoD WW2. The campaign has issues with being too cinematic and guns feel weirdly quiet but otherwise it's fine. I think the game didn't warrant the derision it got.
Stukas were non existent in 1944, it seems historical accuracy goes out the window the better the graphics get. Operation cobra was a heavy bombing mission used to close the falaise pocket. My grt uncle said the bombers darkened the horizon when they came up. It was danger close bombing . The highest ranking casualty happened here when a brig. General was killed.
This game is half Brothers in Arms !!! I tried it a few minutes and that's all from me !!! I love much more CoD World at War wich should be remastered !!!!
I bought this game and already finished this game but you need to download 50gb before you play this game but worth it the download the graphics so realistic
When they've put more into cinematics, rather than a sustainable story to carry the game.. Just looking at it, it looks boxy and claustrophobic. Even the ancient progression system.. you can almost see the line you have to cross, before the enemy shows up. Guess their keeping it in the family, so everyone can feel the vibe of 2003
They should make campaigns longer, when you have all set-up, mechanics, models, engine then its easier to prolong campaign, also where is Russian campaign something like Battle for Sevastopol or Kursk with tanks or Odessa, American-Japanesse campaign with combat in jungle or beaches on many ilands, Brits in desert also, maybe to play as French Soldier and be defeated by Germans Blitzkrieg. Way to many chances are dropped do to cutscenes impaled heartbreaking story of one ordinary soldier.
@@hehehahapoopoo3496 yeah, but BF more MP oriented game and CoD is more SP-Campaign oriented, they should kept that in mind. When you are using such a big conflict that started in 1939 and ended at 1945, as a reference and you start at 1944 with only one faction, one story of one men, that's plain laziness of campaign construction. They had a manpower to prolong campaign and very big hype before release and they produced this?
Game companies ain't gonna do that unless you pay an arm and leg for it ,or a day one update then paid DLC later, their gonna put the bare minimum into it and charge top dollar for a incomplete or short ass game, its sickening that's why I have yet to buy a game on release
I'm pretty sure some cutscenes in this game were inspired by Call of Duty 3's cutscenes. The part where you're riding the tank in the cutscene in this COD immediately reminded me of one of the cutscenes from COD 3.
So cool history tip for anyone interested: Following the Battle of Britain, all Stuka's were pulled from the western front and were placed on the Eastern Front where they remained for the rest of the war. All Close Air Support duties were handed over to fighters like the Fw190 and 109
@@walnzell9328 It wasn't actually and it was actually probably for the best. During the Battle of Britain, they found out that the Stuka was far too slow moving and un-maneuverable to perform CAS against Spitfires and Hurricanes who often annihilated entire wings. The decision was made after a few months of this repeated behaviour as soon as Operation Barbarossa kicked off. Besides, the Fw190 and Bf109 could both hold decent bomb loads and other munitions to perform the role the Stuka performed.
Corporal Silver Aside from the Eastern Front, the Stuka did continue to see action in the Mediterranean theatre, where they remained particularly effective against Allied shipping.
They kept mentioning Kasserine Pass, that should've been in the game! I really miss the spread out levels of the early CoDs as well as playing as multiple Nations. 2 is my favorite of all time but 3 had a really enjoyable Campaign. You even played as Canadian infantry and a Polish tank crew!
4:00 Finally something is said about not all Germans being bad. It would be great to fight Operation Cobra from the German side. It would surely be more difficult to fight allied infantry, tanks, and planes at the same time. That would be hell.
@@nepnepguythegreatestofall It may be, after everything you fight during a mission or several missions ends with the death of the character. Not everything ends well, it is war.
This is still better than Vanguard campaing to be honest. WW2 Campaing stories is really a Brother in Arm type stories, which is good but still couldn't beat the type stories like COD 3. Vanguard on the Other Hand is a Clusterfuck.
It shows that Daniels can’t be messed with! I remember at 3 am one night, Daniels went after Woody because he exposed I was in love with Daniels to Jessie so Daniels dealt with the both of them in one time which scares the hell out of me. At least I helped Daniels take Woody and Jessie down because I knew Daniels wouldn’t be able to by himself
I played this whole campaign and I swear I don’t remember this mission 😂 been awhile dope af tho this game definitely better than a lot of the recent cods for sure
5:28 ~ 5:31..Why u need to force yourself to take the grenade that thrown to you? When the grenade land for 2s, you should know that it's gonna explode
ok so...they rescue the trapped GI's, there's a tank on the way and...next mission, they're in the city. BULL SHIT! they would've been surrounded immediately, especially since the tanks were MIA
