A few years ago, I had remembered hearing a music cue from an episode which accompanied the ship launching and traveling through space. I loved that piece of music! After searching through numerous episodes, I finally found that it was located in the episode "Robot Ants", when G-Force travels to Tramulus. I listened to it in the episode many times, but was always dissapointed in the poor audio quality of the episode. On a whim, I searched the internet and found it here! It's the last cue titled "Victory". I listened to it through my car speakers and it sent chills and thrills through me! What an absolute surprise to find it sounding so wonderful; thank you!
Same here. My sister and I got into this in our tweens, and we had never seen any anime before. Honestly some of the story-lines had so much emotional depth to them, it was a surprise-- because American cartoon TV programming had diddly for the most part. And I learned later on in life that the original Japanese episodes had a lot more violence and things that American television channels and studios deemed way too intense or mature for "kiddie fare".
Not very. If you remember another piece of music (not included here), usually played before the final outtro and end credits, that was a direct adaptation of the Gatchaman theme.
Hoyt Curtin composed two of the best theme songs in animation history. Battle of the Planets and the Super Friends are true classics that will never be duplicated.❤🪐🦸

Put this music in the original Gatchaman and the anime turns PERFECT! Except 7-zark-7, that must be destroyed! Also, just dump all the dubs, they all suck!
