Always found it strange that even over a decade later, this is still one of the best looking total war games to date, the only thing that comes close is three kingdoms.

I almost forgot how good the old battle is compared to newer total war ever since Rome 2. Just take a shining look at the arrow example. It's so powerful whether in sound, visual and efficiency. Unlike newer total war game, which arrow fly like 'pew pew' and almost same as slinger. I am not sure what's went wrong

So I haven't Actually made another channel specifically for Cinematic Total war Videos but I'm about to and The Games I record the most are 1. 1212 medieval Kingdoms 2. Shogun 2 Fall of the samurai 3. Rise of Mordor total war. 4. Third Age Divide and Conquer total war 5. Elder Scrolls Total war Didn't like Warhammer 2s Layout. Not being a fan of Warhammer or the lore helped alot I think. Fantasy wise Rise of Mordor Divide and Conquer and Elder scrolls really has all I need. I did hear though that Shogun 2 has an amazing Lord of the rings overhaul mod. Have you tried it? I have a cinematic eye like yourself and know the struggle of making one of these. The biggest issue I have is Actually going through with the whole thing without getting bored and wanting to just make another random battle. Picking a battle and factions I'm always wanting something new so I need to get better at just Writing a small battle or doing it Candid. And Then taking more time replaying the battle as long as it takes. Most ppl wouldn't understand how the battle pretty much needs to work out well in terms of Mods too. There are so many animation mods that make the battles look not realistic. There are a few though where every soldier fights realistic. Getting those shots is a pain though. Archers too.
