What allegations Igor Štimac made against AIFF and it's officials are 99% true, no doubt. But, Indian 🇮🇳 Media should ask Igor Štimac about his team Selection and Tactics. 1) Why he didn't give chances to young Strikers instead of Rahim Ali and Sunil Chhettri in his 5 years of tenure as a Head Coach of India 🇮🇳 ??? 2) Why he lost useful 9 points in three crucial matches against Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and Kuwait 🇰🇼 in World Cup qualifiers??? Igor definitely improved the possession based game of this team. If he wasn't given a chance ot select the team, we can't blame him. If is a big caveat, I am not taking any side. But coach should have liberty to choose the team. No coach will succeed if federation intervenes with the functionings of team manager.

We need a consulting company to come and overlook the AIFFs operation. There should be proper audits of AIFFs fund. A consulting company would help in setting realistic goals and achieve those goals. Failing to achieve these goals should result in sacking of coach or committee members but there should be complete transparency. AIFF cannot be the one who makes and bends the rule.

We failed in WC qualifier, we failed as a nation. Not only coaches or AIFF, every fan has a vital role to grow India as a footballing national. I'm not saying they're innocent but it's too easy to blame someone else but they had their own limitations. The annual budget of AIFF is approximately 100cr and earning almost 60cr from FSDL which is not sufficient for next year's budget. For running projects in a vast country like India money matters. Blame someone else is always a easy thing. The main supply line of Indian Football is grassroots, always seeking limelight and always neglected. Now we had a golden generation with technically more sound player because of u17 WC2017, where our u16 players spend more than six months in Europe and played plenty of matches with europian teams. But after that how many matches our youth teams played against worthy opponents. We always playing SAFF & AFC matches with minimum preparation, average 5/6 matches in a year. Sorry to say it could be our last golden generation unless we get opportunity to hosting another big tournament.Development is a continuous process AIFF have to understand that. Bhai, if your channel cover grassroots , arrange chat shows regularly, aware fans about actual facts & rage voice if needed it will be great for Indian Football.

Still remember once Calcutta Football League was a prestigious league in India from PK Banerjee,chunni goswami, bhutiya to Sunil all played in that ,in 2024 that CFL has became substandard.

Aur sayed hum jeet bhi aate, 3rd round me chale jaye.. Toh mein stimac ko apne sar pe bitha ke rakhta always.. But usne yeh sab kuch bhi nehi kiya.. afc cup ke baad se 3 months mila tha, Afghanistan match ke baad se bhi 3 months mila tha.. Chahta toh yeh sab kuch kar sakta tha.. But nehi kiya.. Croatia wapas chala jata tha always..

Igor and AIFF are of tainted in the same filth, if AIFF did fraud or something or took wrong decisions.. so did the coach by knowing all these and assisting may be in many instances.. Hence these people should be investigated and should be punished under law if found guilty.. If Igor knew such incorrect things in Indian football, then he should have spoken about these earlier.. all he was concerned about was his contract and his pay.. Even under these circumstances if he was paid all the remaining months salary for the contract duration, he would have kept mum and would have left without much hassle..!
